Comet Cleaners reviews
2 2 of the Snooty girls have terrible manners and worse Customer Service attitudes and interactions.
1 has a toddler running around under the clothes racks.
I asked the 1 checking my clothes in to put notes as to how I wanted my shirts and jeans done,
She said she would later,
Guess she didn't
Because
NOT 1 shirt (out of 17)
was done 100% correctly
and
ONLY 1 pair of jeans (out of 8)
was done 100% correctly
This place is a joke. I dropped off clothes on Jan 27th and came to pick them up on February 2nd. They were closed because of weather. I TOTALLY understand that, half the town was closed!
However, I went in on Feb 7th and was dropping off clothes and picking up my others. They told me they didn’t have anything for me. I told them I knew I has some clothes there but they looked and looked. I thought maybe my girlfriend had picked them up. I went in on the 10th to get my clothes, as the conveyor was going around, I saw my clothes, she said they weren’t mine but I said Yes they are. She got to looking ad those were the ones they couldn’t find before. Anyway, I picked up both sets, $96! Dropped off the few clothes I had that were dirty. Went back on the 16th to pick up, again they said they have nothing for me, it was near closing time and I had a meeting, so I told them I’d come back. Went back on the 17th and spoke to Blanca, she said I had picked up all my clothes. She looked and called someone to look at the cameras to see if I DID drop off anything when I picked up, she also told me the problems they were having with employees not doing things right. I called back today (2/22) and she said they had given me all the clothes, I asked about the camera and she said yeah, you got them all! Anyway, now I am out at least 3 pair of $90 jeans and a couple of shirts. I don’t care about the clothes but they should make it right. They also completely melted the buttons on two of my Pancho shirts that cost like $80 a piece. I have been wearing these shirts for 3 years and never had a button problem.
I hope this place gets their act together but I will never know because I WON”T BE BACK, EVER!
