Comfort Commander Air Conditioning & Heating, Devine TX

I contacted Comfort Commander AC & Heating for replacement of two HVAC systems in my residence. I set up an appointment with Daniel and he showed up on the date promised and met with me and we discussed what systems would meet my needs and we came to an agreement. Comfort Commander ordered the equipment and then set up an install date and they showed up as promised and then proceeded the install and stayed on the job until everything was complete. The crew was very pleasant and professional and cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask?

I called Comfort Commander on recommendation from my neighbor. She was right! Austin C and Christopher came to check our unit over because it had quit running recently (it came back on). It was pretty dirty and had some worn out parts. They explained everything, gave several options, and did not pressure me to choose the most expensive. They were friendly, thorough, and even put the hose back where it was. The office was very responsive informing me when they would be there too. We signed up for the maintenance plan and look forward to being customers for many years.

Austin C was great at figuring out what was wrong with my system and gave multiple options. This gentleman really took the time to explain the options and made sure I was comfortable with the options. I highly recommend this amazing company to everyone.

When your AC goes out being told “we can be there today! ” Is the best news on the planet! Austin got to our home in record time and had the AC fixed within an hour. Gave me multiple options based on our budget and was so nice! Needless to say we’ll be joining the membership plan. Best service around!

Comfort Commander Air conditioning and heating came to our property to perform a full system diagnostics. Multiple other local companies had previously come out and tried to diagnose our system and only offered either complete replacement of the unit or were not able to communicate what the problem was and made us feel like we were just throwing our money away. These guys are the only company that was able to identify and fix the problem we were having with our a/c. Furthermore, they didn’t try to push a new system on us. They were honest, and knowledgeable. They will be our go to HVAC from now on.
