Awesome EXPERIENCE, I cannot express what an awesome dentist Dr. Joey Dutson is. He is super understanding and can tell that he truly cares for his patients. His assistant Laura is also super caring. I went in for an extraction and he was done is 6 minutes. I know because i downloaded a video to listen on my phone and he tap me we r done. I hit pause and was like seriously WOW. NO PAIN WHATSOEVER.everyone here is nice. I will definitely bring my whole family here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Thank you doctor Dutson and Laura. I felt like I was visiting friends.

Okay cleaning. The office staff was extremely unhelpful and incompetent when it came to helping me with my insurance. Will not return.

Dr. Bell was rude and condescending. I have panic disorder and was hesitant about getting an injection with epinephrine because 1) It can induce panic attacks in people already prone to them and 2) Is less safe for people with cardiac issues- something people with panic disorder are more likely to have, whether they are aware of it or not. There are ephinephrine free injections, which I inquired about before ever booking an appointment; I wanted to make sure they were available at this location- they said they had them. So, I decided to go ahead and come in and once I got to the back I was told by Dr. Bell that he doesn't use non-epinephrine options because he would have to reinject me "every five minutes. " As someone who is educated and knows how to do proper research using peer-reviewed articles and empirical studies, I can say that this was a flat-out lie. Mepivacaine 3% has shorter onset than lidocaine, a similar success rate, pain control, and duration and also causes less tissue irritation. It can last hours from injection- not minutes, and is safest in people with cardiac issues and other health issues. During our discussion about injection options, Dr. Bell rushed me and then used a mocking tone when he asked me, "Do you know why we use epinephrine? " I don't think he expected me to know what a vasoconstrictor was and it's purpose, but I did. After that, he informed me he would not "waste" his time with me or other patients that did not want epinephrine and would refer me to an oral surgeon.

I don't understand why you tell a patient there are other options and then disregard them when they inquire about those options. I also don't understand rushing a patient during a discussion and speaking to them with a superior and condescending tone. I don't understand the complete lack of respect for another human who came to you for medical care, and not listening to them about what they wanted for their body. I don't understand lying to a patient and telling them what they want won't work because it's simply inconvenient for you to go get another medication. If you can't be a kind, compassionate, patient, and attentive provider, then you have no place in the medical field.

I was very pleased with the treatment and the cost. Looking forward to being a lifetime patient!

I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out here like 2 hours ago and it was great. I've never had any dental work done like this so I was kind of scared but everyone was super nice and they made me feel calm. The procedure was pretty quick and they made sure it was painless and they asked if I was doing okay lots of times. I was afraid to get my teeth taken out while being awake but I highly recommend going here and doing it this way because it was way cheaper than any other place I've seen. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I purchased dentures from here and a year or so later I went to have what I thought was going to be warranty/free adjustments and was told that I would have to pay $35 office visit per person to see if dentures were covered as my wife’s denture has a crack and my dentures have never fit correctly. Not happy about this experience and would recommend to go somewhere else

They barely wanted to speak to me. The dental hygienist used the same line of floss for my whole mouth. Disgusting and when I told them that I wanted them to use a new line, the dentist popped in and told me, "ha, you don't use a new line of floss for every tooth" when the floss was dirty by the row of teeth she had done. Like they don't have money for more than an inch of floss to use on my whole mouth. Then got told to do it myself if I didn't like how they flossed. What did I come in for. My cleaning still left stains on my mouth, and they didn't talk to me about what I wanted from my care. They wanted to rush me out. The price is okay, but I'm looking elsewhere for a dentist ASAP. I don't have to pay to be treated disrespectfully and like I'm nothing and pay for services that feel like I rinsed my mouth out with mouthwash and nothing more. This was not a professional cleaning at all. I feel grime on my teeth.

This place has always been nothing but accommodating, helpful and upstanding.
They’re flexible and have no problem with explaining procedure and the details that go along with it.
Dr. Bell is awesome, very down to earth, always looking out for the patients well being.
I highly recommend this office.

I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist. I can honestly say that Dr. Dutson calmed my nerves. He was very patient and kind, and even took the time to explain everything he was doing to make my experience a comfortable one. Additionally, I was quoted more than 10k for the work needed at a different office and Comfort Dental beat the cost by THOUSANDS! If you're nervous about going to the dentist or looking for a great dentist that is also affordable, definitely give them a try. I have NO regrets and looking forward to future visits!

Dentist. Just looked at my teeth did nothing and now they wanna charge me 4000 dollars between everything. And the didn’t offer a payment plan or anything

Was weary of going to a new dental office but I had a great experience with Dr. Dutson and his assistant. Would definitely recommend

Dr. Bell and Mr. Alex were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly regardless of me being a walk-in pt! They answered my questions thoroughly. The pricing was thrifty, no crazy prices/charges! Good guys/good place!

My visit was in early December. I will re-book a new appointment for my routine clean up!
