If I could give more stars I would. I have a major fear of dentists and I’ve never felt so comforted and reassured in a dentist office. Usually you get those judging looks at how often you brush or something but Dr. Heggie was kind and sweet and totally understanding. I went in for an extraction and was so very scared. He started and was done in what felt like ten seconds flat. I’ve never felt so good about a dentist visit. Thank you so much y’all. I don’t think I’ll be scared anymore.

Dr. Heggie and staff are great. Low key, positive, soothing energy and very thoughtful about how they provide dental care.

Great facility, great staff. Rosemary, the dental hygienist is amazing at her job. Every time I go in there I’m personally greeted by her. During my visit, I can count on the cleanings from Rosemary to be fast, thorough, and effective. She’s super friendly, personable, and doesn’t judge. It’s hard to find talented, knowledgeable folks with strong work ethic these days, Rosemary is one of them.

First, quite competent! Then there is the friendliness and timeliness (ease of scheduling). I’ve been a regular patient of Dr. Leslie Do for the past 7 years and am very happy with the service.

Dr Do is my dentist at Comfort Dental and I absolutely enjoy the professionalism of her and her team. Excellent service! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Hours are good for when you can't take off work to go to dentist. Staff is very caring and polite. They don't judge you if you haven't been able to see a dentist in awhile. Do their best to provide procedures within budget. Will give more novicaine if you have a sensitive mouth. Highly recommend

Dr. Heggie did a great job on my dental work and is a very good dentist but everything after my work was done has been handled poorly and unprofessional. Once you pay, the attitude and customer service completely changes. They don't explain or give you any information about your recovery or what you can expect or what you need to do. I have had to call multiple times to resolve a simple issue. Each time I call I am placed on hold and given a different answer from a different person. I have been told I was going to receive a call back which I never did, I was told I was going to receive an email back and I never did. The one time I got someone to finally send me an email it was incorrect and encrypted so I was unable to open it. I was sent a corrected email which was also encrypted. After about the sixth or seventh day and sixth or seventh call I was told a policy that no one else mentioned or brought up before. The amount of phone calls and hoops I had to jump through to resolve a simple issue that was actually never fixed is mind boggling. It is sad a good dentist is stuck behind such a poorly run office. Maybe try to get everyone on the same page and make sure you give someone all the vital information they would need before they leave.

Incompetant staff. I called ahead of time to verify insurance. Staff took the information and made the appointment. I arrived and was informed they couldn't take the insurance. Very inconvenient.

They have mess there and they don’t know what’s going on at their office. I was moving because of work a lot I have recently done X-rays that’s why I wanted to transfer it. They let me do it. Several days before appointment I literally contacted them to make sure they got my X-rays they told me “yes, we have it”. Today at the visit they don’t know anything about it and they don’t have it. I just walked away from the seat because I won’t trust someone who doesn’t know what’s going on at their business.

Excellent Dental services and treatment, Dr. Do is awesome, she puts her patients first! Awesome Staff! Five Stars!

Dr do is the worst dentist I’ve ever had tacky unprofessional horrible work didn’t like the work she did her comment was just don’t smile big so it wouldn’t be that noticeable what a quack dreadful dentist bad staff

Dr Heggie is super great! Said I had a small filing repair took all of 10 min no pain no discomfort. Did exactly what he said. I am very impressed with all the employees from the front to back. Even the hygienist is super great! Highly recommend this group!

Dr Heggie is awesome, he has amazing bed side manner. I have never felt judged with any issue I had with my teeth whatever it is he understands & will help you fix it.

Haven't had a favorite dentist until now! Dr. Heggie and his crew have been outstanding. I asked for recommendations on the NextDoor app and wasn't disappointed. I just moved to Stone Oak but will be back for all of my continued care and maintenance!

I went in and got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and I couldn’t be happier with how professional Dr. Heggie and his Dental assistant was. I walked in feeling extremely nervous, but during the entire procedure I was relaxed. They even have a flatscreen on the ceiling and let you pick a movie. I watched Jumanji during the entire procedure. Dr. Heggie has great bedside manners and constantly made sure I wasn’t in pain and he’s also funny. Amazing job!

My experience was good. Dr, technicians, and staff were nice and answered all my questions. They were upfront about costs and scheduled my follow up exam.

Dr. Heggie was considerate, careful, skilled, fast and efficient. He even cracked a few cheesey jokes! He’s probably our favorite dentist ever.

As always, Dr Rich is the best! Professional and knowledgeable, he explains the process step by step.

Dr. Do does amazing work. She has done a lot of work on my teeth and I'm an extremely happy with all of it. The office staff and dental assistants are amazing as well.
