Comfort Inn & Suites, Seguin TX

Very pleased with our week-long stay. I enjoyed the breakfast room, very clean, good variety, good coffee, and friendly staff. The room was clean, clean working bathroom with a powerful showerhead. Room service was friendly, helpful and understanding. Great place.

Rooms were great, no issues. Internet was ok, 10mbs up 10mbs down. Lots of parking. Nice area. Staff are chill. Good amount of trees to park under for shade. Beds are comfy, and the AC works great. Plus they already had the AC on!

Room smells moldy, wet, representatives always seem to hide at the desk in the corner, or never readily available to help.

Very bad service through out, from check in to breakfast lady to checkout, guy asleep! Rooms are bad! This Comfort is giving others a bad name!

Door is broke with no lock so we’ll have to sleep with k e eye open. Tv is not working and the room has a smell that’s not that great

Checked in and remembered exactly why we said we would never stay again. After the hurricane, the place has never been the same. They have not made any updates. The hotel smells of mildew and mold. My husband and I tried to stay in the room but got headaches and felt sick. Had my service dog with me who kept trying to get us outside to leave the room. The carpet is nasty and the place just has fallen apart. There is mold in the tubs. It really breaks my heart because we love staying at comfort suites.

I came to stay at this hotel as I was working in the area and needed a place to sleep after the event. I work very late nights at my job, so when I arrive after an event, I am very tired and need a good night's rest. When we checked in, we didn't have any issues, but the hotel smelled old and moldy and the hallway carpet was covered in various stains.
I brought another person with me, as we were both working the event and we stayed two nights at this hotel, and both mornings a cleaning lady entered the room at 8am unannounced to try and clean. The night after the event, we did not get in until after 11: 30pm and to sleep until 1am roughly, and were planning on having an undisturbed rest, only to be jarred awake by hearing the door unlock and open by what seemed like a stranger. I went to check who it was the second morning, and it was a woman in plain clothing, making me think we had missed our check out time, which wasn't true.
I planned on calling the front desk from my room to double check our check out time, but realized the phone was never plugged in and was just decoration. So instead, I had to walk down to the front desk and speak to her there, only to discover the woman who had tried to come into my room was standing right there holding sheets - she was a cleaning lady. When I went to talk to the front desk lady, the cleaning lady was standing next to me staring me down. She never pressed the elevator button to go about her business but instead stood within plain view and as I recited my room number, seemed to ensure I didn't discuss what she had just done. It's very frustrating that I wasn't able to comfortably discuss with someone regarding an issue that happened twice in a row considering the fact that my partner and I had just worked very long hours and needed to be undisturbed past 8am.
Many of the cleaning ladies during our stay have not worn a uniform, making it hard to identify who they are and what they are doing when they are attempting to enter random rooms - especially in our case when I was literally made to think that someone was trying to check into our room and was just unlocking and opening the door over and over, but couldn't fully come in because the safety lock was on.
It is also extremely uncomfortable to attempt to address an issue, but not have the ability to do so without the person who has caused the issue standing right beside you, staring you down with a visibly upset expression.
After working and needing proper rest, being disturbed multiple times before our check out time has even come close, not having the ability to address it besides put up the tiny 'do not disturb' sign they left us, I am not happy with my stay. I chose this place because it was close to my work for the weekend and was rated relatively well and budget friendly. But I will find myself staying elsewhere next time.

If you like dirty rooms and decaying bathrooms this is the place for you. Although the bed was clean, I think. We stayed there March 17, the bathroom had rotted drywall and rust pock marks around door opening, everything was we’ll worn.

For the price paid I would like to think the room would be clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately there was urine on the floor in front of the toilet and the toilet itself wasn’t the cleanest. Makes a person wonder how clean the rest of the room really is…

Eggs and bacon were good. It would have been nice to have so sort of potatoes with my breakfast.

Everything was fine, but we don't like the shower that allows wheelchairs to wheel into. It always causes water to flood all over the rest of the bathroom floor.
