The manager is rude! One of the workers was drinking on the job with a guy in the lobby and smoking a weed pin. Will never come back here. And they ask for to much money for a room when the rooms aren’t even that nice and they just paint over the black mold in the bathrooms

Three year old hotel. I was greeted by a roach with a picture to show. Toilet hardly flushes and the furniture looks worn.

Front desk staff are courteous and friendly.
It was very welcoming, and they provided suggestions for dinner options. Room was clean and neat. The pool was dirty. Parking lot lighting is great.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First and foremost they stole items from our room. Got our charge refunded from expedia and gues who just charged us a whole month later on our incidentals card? This place. I do not recommend anyone staying here if they value their possessions and they hard earned money cause they will try to steal every little thing they can from you.

Fraudulent charges from here. You have been warned that they commit fraud, the place is dirty, smelly and way over priced. The CC company will do their own investigation and pass off evidence to police, so criminal charges will likely be pressed, especially since I can easily prove I was nowhere near this POS place when they charged me since I love hours away. CC fraud is a felony with a penalty of 10-15 years in prison and $250k fine. USC 1029

Check into are room which smelled of cigarettes. When we checked out the next morning the front deck manager said I smoked in the room and kept the 100.00 deposit, my four year daughter told the lady it smelled in the room and that her mommy doesn't smoke. Manager laughed and still kept my deposit. The break was cold and old. And are TV didn't work. I not stay at another Comfort Inn and suite

Clean, comfortable and spacious. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Keep up the good work!

Stayed due to a baseball tournament. Clean rooms and common spaces. There were several loose titles on the bathroom floor, but other than that, the facilities were in good shape. Did the job

Great service, clean room, only thing my room smelled a bit funky, an air freshener should do the job

Beds slept incredibly well. Breakfast was ok. Had a pool but we didn't use it. Found stains on the carpet.

Clean, well maintained. Sunday night $96. Friendly manager (lady). 10 movie channels no commercials. Real king size bed. Well lit free parking lot. Fridge & microwave.

Great location! Clean! Management super friendly and nice. Easy to check in and fast. Super good breakfast. I really enjoyed staying her and will come again! Thank you for the great stay.

UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT - Room was fine. We arrived and went to bed. Learned the air conditioning would not cool room below 76 after trying to sleep. Not wanting to move my family, I just complained about it in the morning. The morning manager (perhaps owner) was uncaring and offered $10 off, as she said I have many open rooms where I could move you. I did not fight it. However, as I was getting coffee, a man walked in asking for a room and I overheard her state she only has one room left but it is expensive at $199, twice what I paid. The man hesitated and the manager said I can give you a discount of $169. The man said that was alot for the room and the manager then said "Well isn't your company paying for it? ". Then man looked puzzled and said "No". The manager then offered $129 and the man walked out. Beware. People make the experience. This person sours my respect and and interest in Choice Hotels.

Right off the highway, very friendly staff.
They were waiting for us when we arrived at 1am and greeted us by name, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and they were generous with pillows.
We will definitely stay here again any time we pass through.

Amenities are great but had a problem getting a room. Organizers sent out a list for the hotel to book rooms for the participants. They messed up with many students. Frustating experience.

Awesome Experience! The room was super clean and the clerk was very nice and fast with all my requests. Definitely, I will be a continued customer of the Comfort chains!

We booked a room by mistake and requested to cancel within minutes. We requested to waive the fees because of the quick turn around, and were met with a cold, impersonal response “we will charge penalty. ” Doesn’t say much for their hospitality. Apparently mistakes aren’t allowed at Comfort Inn, buyer beware
