Is just no good place, old, ugly, stinky, hard to find, hard go get in, just not the place to stay

This place is not what it seems. Slapped a paint job on a hotel in a bad area of town. Open drug use in the parking lot from locals. I was extremely skeptical but decided to go in and take a look anyway. The lobby was very nice but that's where it ends. The floor in our room was not level. The blackout curtains had holes all in them. The chair and autumn were at least 40 years old and stained. There were holes in the walls. The light fixtures had crud in them. The bed was extremely hard. The pillows were just large versions of airplane pillows. See the pics! Don't stay here.

The staff of this hotel is extremely rude. Rooms are not clean. Internet in the hotel is lackluster and showers. Had a grimy build up. The rooms had a musty smell. The manager basically told us our concerns did not matter steer clear of this hotel go to one that values customers.

On the way up to our room, we stopped at the front desk to ask for more towels, and the receptionist told us that we have to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones. We had to go back to our room and gather our dirty towels and bring them to her so that she could give us clean towels. Personally I’ve never had this experience when staying at a hotel before. On top of that, the receptionist didn’t even put on gloves when receiving our dirty towels.

The best place on earth great place and fantastic staff we love coming here every time we are in Houston we stop here we will always come here!

The experience is just not it, I had book one of the room with like the jacuzzi with in the room because like who wouldn't love that and I pay extra for it just for it not to work like really. The customer service is awful, I was waiting to check in and the manager look at I and turn to his other co worker and walk away to get someone else. The manager was acting like he was better. He said nothing at all just stare and walked away not even saying one moment or sorry someone will be right with you. It would also be nice if they mentioned about there fee of 120 dollars so if you do stay do take photos of how it look when you enter. The room and the pool was only really thing good about this place.

Rooms are dirty and saw a roach we didn't stay and checked out. 15 min later the front desk rep called me a liar and said that she wouldn't be releasing the damage deposit because "I lied"

If you're sensitive to noise, this is not the place to stay. My hubby is a loud talker and we got a noise complaint. I stepped outside the room and could clearly hear him when he has using his inside voice Rooms are clean, the location is good, love the breakfast in the morning

Bad streets to enter location been that way for the longest if u dont be careful you will total your vehicle the rooms are ok.but something is always broke in them like the tv but the young lady that helped us was very cordial and kind immediately moved us to another room

No parking at entrance, shower drains were completely clogged, no wi-fi, room keys don’t work for anything, walls and beds were dirty, elevator floor was cracked and had tiles flipping up everytime you step on it.don’t recommend.

Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating! Hotel had a clean smell and although there weren’t a lot of breakfast options during my stay, all of the positive experiences outweighed slight inconveniences.

This experience was a different one. The rooms were clean, but they smelled of mildew. While we were there they had a plumbing problem and the water. Was off for a while as well as their being a boiler issue and we had no hot water. The person on duty was apologetic but no notice went to people staying there we had to Inquire as to what was going on. No compensation made for the inconveniences just an I'm sorry. My elderly mother was with me and I had to take her to another location. So that she could bathe.not cool.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Receptionist erica was VERY rude and said she’s “not going to accept my id”. Even showed her my passport and refused to accept it and check me in. Never using comfort inn again

Staff was very friendly. I stayed for 4 days and they had the absolute worst Wi-Fi. Also breakfast never had any meat options available.

Needs to resurface road leading into hotel. It has been filled with potholes since my brothers last stay well over 4 years ago.
