125 stars, check in was easy and convenient and the staff took good care of us. Room was spacious and clean and everything was in good order.
I had a great experience great cusromer service, my room was clean, everything worked, A/C fridge, microwave. Very nice location, they have a fitness room, breakfast was great. They have tractor trailer parking.

Gene Bhakta the hotel owner is very irresponsible, he doesn’t care for his employees and there families, is very rude, always late when he need to be there, not considerate at all towards others over all my experience there was not to my liking.
Staff very professional, super clean rooms and the location speaks for itself. Any issues are addressed fast and with pride from staff.

Posting this a-little late. Was in town for work and thought this was one of the best hotels in Eagle Pass. The staff was very friendly and kept the room clean my entire stay.

Amazing place to rest your head while staying in Eagle Pass. Staff is honest and wonderful. The hotel is centrally located. I ran alongside the “lake” and up and down the steps at the pavilion. Tocumbos=tasty, Yopos=tasty, Wagon Wheel bbq=tasty
Good service and rooms and the view to the lake looks nice and plenty of places around to go and eat
Front staff was friendly and did great job getting us checked in and the breakfast was fresh and awesome they had everything a person could eat Rooms were very clean
It's definitely not worth the money. Some of the front desk staff are extremely rude and aggressive, the rooms are poorly maintained and smell bad. I actually found a booger with a hair in it stuck to my wall
I work for a construction company out of Houston. We had a project located in Eagle Pass where my guys were there between September and October. From the very beginning, Gene was so friendly and helpful. He was able to accommodate my guys the whole time, even during his busy time. The rooms were clean and the food was liked by all. I will definitely be calling Gene the next time we have a project out in Eagle Pass.
