Comfort Suites Baytown I - 10

Stephanie at the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as i walked in she had an attitude and didn’t once even smile at me. Tried to ask her questions and even when I said thank you her response was just “yep” no you’re welcome nothing! This has ruined my whole stay and experience of this hotel. I would suggest to get workers that actually wanna be here or like being around people as you will definitely lose money just off of service alone.

It was a decent stay. No room is ever clean enough for my wife. She felt like it could have been cleaned better. The location is right off of IH10 and fairly easily accessed but there are several businesses sharing the same turn-ins and pulling out to go North on Garth is a disaster. The staff was super friendly.

Went out 2 smoke before breakfast went into eat breakfast girl at front desk asked what room I was in couldn't remember room number but told her where my room was. She told me security might come pay me visit. Ate breakfast went 2 work she appolized but might not go back again.

This time around was a total mess was charged on both of my credit cards the guy at the front desk didn't seem to know what he was doing it was just a BIG MESS NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG STAY THERE JUST BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS PET FRIENDLY

This was an alright hotel but is over priced for poor hospitality. They don't greet you when you come in the door. It's like you're invisible. Some of the workers have slight attitudes as well. The rooms are a nice size. The room doors open all the way up, you have to really close the door. The bathroom doors are kind of hard to close. At midnight, you have to use the side doors for exit and entry. It sticks because sometimes people be sitting out there and you can't see them until you get up on the, therefore if anything was to happen, who will see it? You can get nicer rooms for a much better price and friendlier workers.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff at check in, didn’t meet the AM staff. Breakfast was Ok. Room had a jacuzzi hot tub during this stay. Will return again if when in the area.

When I checked in, the computer was down and it took forever to check in. I get to the room finally and it smells so bad. I start checking the room and there is a GIANT roach in the bathtub. Mold on every cabinet and wood surface. White powder ont he bottom of the cabinets. Half of the lights were burned out and the one that did work flickered. I go to the desk to move rooms and the manager is there by now and says my card was never charged. They are trying to figure out how to charge me again even though I showed them that it took it off my account already. I left and went to a different hotel that was cheaper and way nicer. Still need to figure it how to get my money refunded.

Beds were comfy, shower had good pressure and plenty of warm water. Just wish it was a little cleaner. I would go back tho.

The new girl upfront ashley is so nice and accommodating and for sure be coming back it being her first day she stepped up and just had us laughing and was just awesome it was nice to not just have someone standing behind a counter not talking to you and being almost like a robot and the place was nice and clean and even though it was super packed all the staff was amazing will definitely be back

Room was clean and a bit over priced. Asked for a room on the main level, didn't give it to me. I know there where vacancies.

We came here to evacuate from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida and found this place after 3 prior, not-so-great experiences. Let me just start by saying, we are glad we can finally rest easy and stop moving from one hotel to the next! This hotel is perfect! We chose the King suite with a jacuzzi IN the room I hopped in as soon as we unpacked and got settled into our room! I probably stayed in there for at least 2 hours and was able to watch a movie from the comfort of the tub! The pool is bright blue and feels great! The cleanliness here is on another level! Everything smells great, looks great, and feels great! If we have to be stuck in another city while waiting for power and water to be restored to our home, this is the place to be! The staff are all very accommodating and nice. The hotel is pet friendly which was a huge deal for us, seeing as that we evacuated with our 3 dogs! This is their first times out of town, staying at a hotel in a foreign place and even they are comfortable here. They seem to feel at home! We are also located smack dab on one of the main roads in Baytown so, we are surrounded by everything we could want, need, and more! Food, shopping, etc! I definitely recommend this hotel 10x over! Thankful that we found this spot.
