Comfort Suites Houston West at Clay Road

This is my home away from home. My husband and I stay at least twice a month just to get away and we have never been disappointed. The front desk knows that we love room # 105 and always make it a priority to save that room for us. Thank you Comfort Suites Clay!

I went to attend brother’s funeral service last month
And My wife and I stayed two days in Comfort Suites Houston West at Clay Road.
However, after checked out, We found the polo shirts which I wore in funeral service was left in the hotel
It is very important for me to be a memory of my brother’s funeral
I called customer service to see whether hotels staffs might keep it in the lost and found
Antionet work in the front desk called me back and willingly to spend her own free time to pack and delivery the polo shirt to UPS station in order for shipping to California,
I really enjoyed staying days in the hotel, the room is nice setup, very clean and large
Staffs are very friendly and helpfully
I appreciate their kindly service especially the lovely Antionet

The GM is extremely welcoming and takes very great care of the property. Everytime I visit she is a positive presence. Her accompanying front desk staff are good as well. A very pleasing lobby area as well

The room is adequate. Comfortable couch. Bed is just passable. The bathroom has no counter space, and the sink is so tiny it's a joke.
Breakfast is barebones. No eggs. Every day was cheap sausage and bread choices. (Plenty of places around to go out and eat.)

The friendly staff works hard and cleans well.

I had a fantastic stay at Comfort Suites! The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Checkin process painless…desk agent very pleasant
HK honored do not disturb sign when we wanted to sleep in our first day, then serviced room fully on next day with no sign out. This seems like normal behavior but I’ve stayed in places that did the opposite.
Parking on my wing (west side) had an access door so didn’t have to walk around to front door. East side had no such door.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Secure door locks.

Off the beaten path, and not convenient to our daily destination, but we knew that when we booked.
Lack of well fitted room darkening window shades.
Only one ice machine on property and it was at far end hall on 3rd floor (terrible location god anyone not on that floor.

N/A: did not partake of breakfast, pool, or gym so no comments on those. The spaces all looked good.

The service was beyond excellent. The hotel smelled great upon entering and everything was clean. The housekeepers does an excellent job and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay. See you soon.

Everything was great. I was comfortable and felt safe and sound. The front desk staff as well as housekeeping are the best. Antoinette and Toni made my stay welcoming. T extended my stay and have madexthe Comfort Suites Houston at Clay Road my new home away from home.

I was in town for my sister’s funeral. I was just out of the hospital from a severe allergic reaction, so this was a very stressful time. Antoinette at the front desk was so helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to make things easier and I so appreciate her effort.

Affordable hotel in a good location. Furniture a bit run down but room was clean when we arrived. Only bad experience was the random fire alarm beeping Early in the morning and the elevator being shut down.
