Comfort Suites Humble Houston IAH

This hotel was perfect for my needs. They offer an airport shuttle which I utilized round trip (please check hours available if you need the shuttle and tip your driver). Location is about 20 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from downtown.
Check in was a breeze and I was happy with my room. The bed was the most comfortable ever! I really appreciated the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
I enjoyed the daily breakfast (tip the breakfast staff!), the work out room, and the pool.
Shout out to the staff, especially Latrell (I hope I spelled it correctly). I felt welcome and taken care of.
There is a CVS a 5 minute walk away whih was super convenient.
I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Clean quiet hotel. Lanetta one of the managers was extremely helpful and friendly. It's very appreciated when you spend so much time away from home as I do. Friendly attentive staff. Free breakfast but don't be late. They put it up when it's over and that's all she wrote. Very comfortable bed and amenities. Loved the roomy glass doors shower. Plenty of room for two

This place is so clean and nice. Breakfast is so delicious there food is always fresh even until it's almost over. The staff is very helpful also

The night shift attendant, Bez, was nice and pleasant to talk with.

Room was very spacious but dirty. They did not do a good job of cleaning the room. Old pizza crust, capri sun pouches, and trash under/next to the sofa bed. Very noticeable, like the housekeeping crew did not even bother to check. Old sheets were already in the sofa bed, which most likely indicates they weren’t washed at all. Very nice room but the housekeepers did not do a good job. I don’t think it’s that hard to pick up trash, especially in places where it’s noticeable.

Experience was awesome, hotel was quiet & clean. Service was above and beyond not to mention incredibly fair price

Great service, clean rooms, and decent breakfast. The only thing is getting out of the parking lot is a little tricky.

I chose this location due to all the great reviews. I visited the Comfort Suites on 7/15/2023 for a 1 night stay. The TV didn't work in the initial room we were given. We were told to unplug the TV & then plug it back to see if that would fix the issue; it did not. We were given a 2nd room. It felt a little warm when we first got to that room but we thought it was just because the air needed to be adjusted. Around 2am everyone woke up simultaneously due to it being very hot in the room. The phone didn't work, so I had to physically go to the front desk to let them know that the air wasn't working. I was told to unplug the AC unit & then plug it back to see if that would fix the issue; it did not. We were given a 3rd room that we finally made it into around 3am. We were traveling with young ones that had spent the day at the waterpark so all of the moving was quite difficult. Due to all of the inconvenience, I asked the front desk for some type of courtesy discount/partial refund and was told that extra points were being applied to my Choice Privileges account. I called customer service today because I didn't see where I had received any additional points other than what I earned for the stay. The rep said there were notes in the system where the front desk said they applied 1000 extra points, but he didn't see them in my account. I asked if they had a department where I could just request a refund because I won't be staying with their hotel chain anymore & will not need any points. The customer service rep told me that he could only give me the points that the front desk was supposed to apply to my account & then add an additional 1000 points! Very disappointing experience with my stay.

July 6 - July 9. Enjoy the Stay. Room Were clean. Bed Was Good & slept well. Manag Was Beautiful & Friendly.pool Can Use Some Attention.

Did Have 1 Issue But No Major. I Asked The House Keeper To Clean My Shower but She Didn't Do It.

I've started here several times and the rooms are always nice and clean. The employees are nice and friendly as well. Great customer service.

This hotel has wonderful employees and very spacious rooms. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and service was quick and easy. The next morning we met the GM Lanetta and she was an absolute pleasure to be around. You could tell she ran the show with hard work and a determination to make sure her guests were well taken care of here. On top of managing the breakfast and the front desk she personally gave me a ride to the airport with pleasant conversation and a smile. Thank you for such a lovely experience here in Texas.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is fairly new and clean. The location is next to the freeway, and since it is a toll, people use the gateway as their highway, so naturally, there is a lot of noise because of the heavy traffic in the area.

The hotel lobby, rooms, and free breakfast were all satisfying. The lobby decor is really nice and makes a good first impression with the seating, TV, and fireplace. The rooms have a stale old odor when you walk in, and I think it's because of the carpet. We had lysol and air freshener that we sprayed constantly. It's not unbearable, but it doesn't smell fresh and clean. The service was lacking. The front desk people were not engaging enough. I requested more towels and was told I needed to bring old towels down to get more. The snacks & drinks are ridiculously priced! In my opinion, $3.00 for a regular sized candy bar is robbery! They do offer computers to use in the lobby area, and that's a plus. The free breakfast was well stocked and offered a great variety of breakfast food. Although we didn't use the pool area, it was nice and at night the pool lights were a nice touch. The location for us was excellent because our event was literally straight down. Be careful leaving the parking lot, because the cars are coming fast. I do appreciate the sign that warns you! Overall, it's a nice family-friendly hotel that I would stay at again and recommend to others for a short stay in Humble.

Lanetta went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was promised! The cleaning ladies did a wonderful job as they constantly kept the hotel looking and smelling amazing. 10 out of 10 I recommend. Thank you guys for everything

Time and time again throughout my 2 month stay, Ms. LaNetta made me feel very welcomed and went above and beyond to get me help or assistance with whatever was needed. The other staff were great as well, the location was great as you weren’t too far from Houston while not paying houston rates for hotels. Room was clean and never had any issues, gorgeous bathroom set up that had me not want to leave

Beautiful, clean, spacious, fancy, great customer service, all the perks, wholesome breakfast, great location… loved it.
