The staff was friendly and professional. They were kind enough to let me extend my stay when I realized I had made a mistake in my reservation. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. The laundry equipment worked well. The only disappointment was the hot tub was icy cold. Otherwise, this was a perfect stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I rented a room a hot tub room and it was terrible. The room smelled so bad we spoke to the GM. She offered us another room and when we got to the hotel we were told the GM doesn't work there anymore and we have to pay for it now. It was booked for Valentines Day. Thank you Comfort Suites for not honoring your room you gave me and my wife.

Clean rooms. Wifi did not work and did not have access to gym with card. I have never heard of an early check out fee. I even clarified to ensure it wasn’t a early check in fee. Nope, they charge $35 to check out early. Breakfast did not have many options and they have a sign that limits you to grab 1 item per guest or they will charge you. No water refilling station - they sell water at $2 a bottle for pure life water bottles.

This location is what I have come to expect. Smiles upon entering, complete explanation of amenities, and a clean, quiet and comfortable room.

My husband and I stayed for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. The customer service and hospitality from all the staff was above and beyond. Tameshia, Kenna and Zen made our stay absolutely wonderful. We definitely will be staying again when we are back in Houston

I stayed this hotel.

When
I checked in to stay at the hotel,
but I couldn't feel the friendliness of the staff.

All good but they really need to improve the breakfast service. By 8 am, not much available left and no refill. Orange juice is locked and need to request. This is the first comfort suite I ever visit that lock the orange juice.

Enjoyed our stay and Lauren was such a pleasure to see when coming in from our day. She and the manager went out of their way to help us with questions about handicap rooms so we could bring other family on the next visit. Will be back for sure! Nice clean place to stay with no problems.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIRD PARTY, or even better don't stay here. Booked through Priceline, arrived to be told that the hotel had refused my reservation. And I would have to pay a higher price to stay there. I had called 3 hours prior to arriving and told my reservation was good. When I asked the night clerk about why I was not informed about the problem when I called earlier, she rudely responded "I wasn't here so you can't blame me for that". RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFRIENDLY. Do yourself a favor stay elsewhere.

I have stayed here a few times in the past couple months and this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had for a hotel chain. Won't accept my paid reservation due to rate being to low of a price? Leaving me broke and waiting to get my refund over a $17 dollar difference is petty and wrong when someone is homeless and struggling

Convenient hotel. Clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was very basic. But the location is close to many food spots for brunch.

Checked in after the most exhausting day in my life, and I have absolutely never had a more pleasant, friendly, kind, patient, helpful, and just plain wonderful experience checking in to any hotel ever. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are comfortable.

The rooms were just fine for the price and the hotel had a nice location. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating for what we asked.

Initially we booked for 2 nights, and I called ahead to add a 3rd as we would be arriving early. There seemed to be a misunderstanding, as they removed the final night of our stay from our reservation. This should have been an easy misunderstanding to fix.

Tamisha, (not sure I spelled it correctly) the general manager, took it upon herself to let herself *INTO* our room at no later than 11: 15 rudely and loudly demanding we leave or else charge us for staying past check out (11am). There was no attempt to call either the hotel phone, or the phone number listed on our reservation before busting inside the room.

As we attempted to explain ourselves we finally got the GM to go back downstairs while we dressed ourselves to come sort out the problem. As we arrived in the lobby, half dressed and carrying none of our belongings Tamisha excitedly assumed "Oh so yall are just leaving? "

She went on and on about how she was the only one who could track our reservation, and how she was the only one who could let herself into our room without our permission, she proceeded to charge us $20 more for the SAME room than we initially booked for, despite the misunderstanding not being our fault in any way.

When I approached her about the price increase, she claimed to *actually* not be able to do anything at all to rectify the issue.

There was no reason for this rude invasion of privacy, in any circumstance, but ESPECIALLY since there was clearly no one needing the room since we booked the same room again no problem.

I believe we were stereotyped as my partner and I who stayed here are both very openly and clearly LGBT, as well as young looking. We were nothing but respectful to all the staff and guests other than our interactions with the general manager whose rude interruption of my vacation, not to mention causing me to miss an important phone medical appointment, illicited a rude response of my own.

OMG! This has gotta be one of the worst Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed since been Choice Privilege member for years now with so many wrong things going on here and not much to be good!
Room had a prevalent musty smell coming from the carpets, the HVAC never really cooled down at the highest test fan level and lowest cool setting, room phone never had a dial tone to call front desk for another tv remote that didn’t work so I had to walk down 3 times to the front desk for another remote, and no extra sheets and blankets for the filthy pullout sofa mattress
Breakfast in the lobby was depressing as there was only waffles, toast, coffee, couple apples, and some Jimmy dean biscuits- not the same expected full morning breakfast spread as many other CS hotels offer. At the stroke of 9am, a worker turned off the tv and lobby lights while my family and I still finishing up our breakfast. The Cherry on top was the Business center did not even have a printer connected to the only computer to print out our event tickets. Won’t be staying here if in the area again.

Room was fairly clean. Beds were a bit hard. Breakfast did not have many options. Waffles, microwave egg sandwiches, yogurt, toast, fruit. Very close to NASA space center so was the best part.
