Comfort Suites near Texas Medical Center - NRG Stadium, Houston TX

Great location for the stadium, however, be careful not to get the corner rooms because they are smaller than normal!

The hotel itself is fine, but the staffs does not honor platinum choice privilege members with any benefits, at least not the one that were in charge while my stay, I would most likely stay in a different hotel next time.

The rooms were clean! However, free breakfast is lacking, cold cereal, boiled eggs, oatmeal, egg beater type cheese omelette type thing that I didn't enjoy but my boyfriend did. They had decent bacon and ok sausage. Waffle maker was cool but had to wait in line to use because there was only 1.

The most disappointing thing was the pool/hot tub, the water was like warm at best and the water level was incredibly low. However, it was early October but in Texas it's still 90 outside.

Also, there were lots of bars and stuff nearby or somewhat close by but we asked the staff if it was safe to walk around at night and they said no, only during the day time.

I came here for two nights and my stay was very comfortable. It was clean and the front desk was very helpful and attended to all my needs. The breakfast was amazing and it’s the best place to stay if you’re coming for medical reasons as well. We’ll be back again!

We went to a concert at NRG stadium and rented a room here. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Rooms were clean and in good shape.

Breakfast was amazing, and the front desk was really helpful.

All the staff is very nice and friendly! Room was very clean. Love that there was bacon during breakfast. This is more go to place when visiting MD Anderson.

Quick check in process, but front desk staff was not friendly or not even bother to wish you. One less star due to lack of front desk staff friendliness.

Nice and affordable hotel, good breakfast, wish could've use the pool but was closed but, overall good hotel!

Unassuming from the outside, but nice and clean in the lobby and room. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is convenient given the proximity to restaurants and stores. Would recommend!

Good stay for short time. Clean rooms. Breakfast could be a little better, but otherwise it was perfect for us. I'm very picky when. It comes to hotel and the staff does a wonderful job keeping the hotel maintained and updated

Sweet Veronica at desk was so helpful! Give that woman a raise and a promotion! Close to medical center and good eats. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Front desk was amazing, the entire hotel was clean very neat, then I get to my room and it was awesome spacious, comfy bed, clean restroom I mean I was well pleased then to top it off breakfast was amazingly clean food was fresh and set up very nice! I will definitely stay here again if ever back in the city, forgot to mention the hotel was very quiet and peaceful!

I wish there were negative stars. We will never bother with this place again. At check-in, the guy at the desk was on the phone with a friend and kept switching back and forth to me the whole time.

The pool was one of the only reasons we booked here. The kids were excited to play in the pool for the week we will be here. After check-in, we found out the pool is closed. The guy at the desk said the city had "just" come and put their own lock on it. They were just waiting for them to unlock it. He made it sound like it may be opened back up soon. After we go eat dinner and come back, I go to check with them again. It's a different guy at the desk and he says OH, it's been closed for years. After remodeling the city says they need to get permits and that a lot of the remodeling debris went in the pool area.

If you are going to claim to have a pool and post pictures of it to make people want to stay here, you better actually have it useable. It turns out there is a city citation taped on the back doors from August 2021 saying the pool was shut down. Nice. You would think that owners and/or managers would put a little effort into fixing whatever the city says to fix and get the pool going again.

Since we had already checked in and moved all of our luggage into the room, we stayed one night. I told them we will check out in the morning because we already found a better hotel down the street for the rest of the week that does keep their pool open. They were not concerned at all about that and said they would refund the difference when I check out in the morning.

Watch out because the parking it’s not secure.
And there are some many homeless close to the hotel, it’s no safe!
And in the same time, another car was stolen!
They not help us!

This is an ideal location. Lots of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. Our room was pretty big and clean. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food offered. My only negative was that our rooms a/c didn't feel like it was working efficiently. The staff was polite and happy to assist. I enjoyed my stay and will come again.
