Room was ok Breakfast was good
The clerk charged me 20 more than if I had opened the Expedia app.
Elevator still broken but he did give me ground floor room.
It's definitely the pickup point for sex workers but other than being underdressed they seemed like a friendly bunch

Clean rooms, nice stay, no chaos in the hallways. Some hookers across the street, but a decent place to stay

There are actual hookers working the parking lot. The guy in the room next to mine over course of 4 hours had 3 different hookers in his room.

Could not have been a worse experience. Could not imagine having to explain what all was going on to a child

Do not be fooled, this hotel appears nice from the road, but not at all. ELEVATOR HAS BEEN OUT FOR A LONG TIME APPARENTLY. They automatically charge your card at 3pm regardless of you actually being there or not. Big NO NO. Girls all over the parking lots, lobby, etc. Cars parked all under the front lobby canopy, hardly any room for arriving guests. It appears management is ok with all of this. It gave brothel vibes. We had to haul our luggage up stairs because we feared our vehicle being broke into. Just needed a night to fly out early the next day. We will NOT be back.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dallas, TX.

The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager & Front Desk Manager Mr. Avi, who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

I am not one to speak badly or be negative but I was told that my review won't affect or change anything I think it's important to be aware of how you treat others. I enjoy traveling and experiencing firsthand the type of accommodations, and service each Hotel and even Motel may give their customers. First impressions you can never change because it's your first chance to leave an impression on someone that may last forever. Maya Angelou's famous quote is, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. ” This hotel left me feeling robbed, cheated, and violated while being yelled at with false accusations of fraud when indeed fraud was committed sad to say the female who claims to be the Hotel Manager that refused to give her name. That was a red flag of the shady way she was conducting not only herself but the business she claimed to be running. First, she instructed us to go online to make another reservation to check us in so we could stay in the same room as opposed to just extending our stay and using the existing deposit we had already put on the room. But that is not allowed we have to put in an additional 100 charge for the 2nd day of staying. Reminder you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get that deposit back. That's $200 more you have to put down than what is initially told to you, so read the small print is what she responded to me with. She had an attitude from the beginning and I had to wait for her to finish the conversation she was having in her language on her earpiece at the front desk, mind you I speak another language myself but common courtesy is to not do that in front of what you would call your guests, you never want them to feel uncomfortable especially when your hotel is named the Comfort Suites. The customers pay for accommodations and a level of service that they should be able to expect in the hospitality industry. This person who claimed to be the manager must have missed what hospitality is. I have never been insulted, yelled at, and accused of fraud just because I commented that her customer approach or service she is providing is coming off a bit rude. She refused to check us in after she ran my card a couple of times for the deposit and charge to the room. Not only did she take money she also refused to give the services she had just made us pay for. Not to mention she kept my ID and it took for the next shift to come in for me to be able to retrieve my Driver's license which had all my personal information on it. I NEVER FELT SAFE HERE, MY UHAUL I HAD THAT NIGHT WAS BROKEN INTO SO THE WHOLE NIGHT I HAD TO KEEP AN EYE OUT AND SLEEP WITH WINDOWS SHADES OPEN. NOW I AM WORRIED ABOUT WHAT SHE HAS DONE WITH MY INFO. I DO NOT TRUST THAT MY INFO WAS KEPT SAFE BECAUSE SHE NEVER SAID OR DID ANYTHING TO PROTECT THE CUSTOMER. She kept my license the whole day and never called me to tell me she still had it, I questioned why she decided to steal my license and not return it. If not for the 2nd shift that came in answered the phone and verified that indeed my license was there finally returned it. DO NOT STAY HERE IF SAFETY AND YOUR INFO IS IMPORTANT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. WE WILL NEVER FORGET HOW SHE MADE ME FEEL AND THE IMPRESSION SHE LEFT WITH ME.

I don't go back to this hotel and I don't recommend that you stay, my daughter still has bites all over the body of the bedbugs and in our bathroom there was no paper, the kitchen was dirty and the hallway smelled bad, I definitely don't recommend it.

Planned on staying here…but left shortly after we got into the room the parking lot was full of lot lizards and this IS NOT A FAMILY PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE! Left and went to Holiday Inn Express!

Normal service, rooms to spend the night. I think the location is not the best but it is good for the price

Please don’t make the mistake and not read ALL the reviews! Do not book this hotel! At least 2 gentlemen club right by it. Hookers walking and standing right outside of the hotel corner with barely clothes on. Elevator not working. Floors in rooms are yucky feeling and not that clean of a hotel. Apparently I did not see reviews when I booked and when we got there and already checked in, we went outside to get in car to go eat and that’s when I saw a few hookers. Coming back from hotel there was twice as many hookers! Got in room and re read reviews and that’s when I saw cars have been stolen. Finally told my husband I did not feel safe and we ended up checking out by 10: 30 pm.
This is not family friendly and so disappointed in myself I didn’t see the real reviews before booking

I have stayed at this hotel a few times throughout the last couple of years. My last stay was the worst. There was a cockroach in my room and I was woken up by some people fighting in the room next to mind. They were yelling at each other, and even worse, it sounded like they were in a physical altercation as well. I tried calling the front desk from the phone in my room and no one picked up. I was going to call the cops but then they stopped after 20 mins. Also, there has been an uptick in street walkers soliciting services around the hotels and people pulling into the hotel making deals with these people. Not so sure I want to ever come back to this location again.

I waited over an hour before someone even came to the front desk, my promised early check in wasn’t ready she didn’t know when my room would be ready…was rude and unhelpful. Would NOT recommend oh and the elevator was not working

Usually good prices, staff is friendly for the most part. Rooms are big. Elevatorbdoes not work though and there are 3 stories

Evil bad bad. I stayed here in this hotel, they robbed me in the van and they also robbed other vans next door. I went to Desir and they told me I'm sorry and that's all the answer. I don't recommend this place

As many times I have stayed in his hotel the staff and Management make me fill like home. Always smiling and ready to help on anything I need.

This hotel is NOT family friendly, with the hookers constantly walking the parking lot and the empty condom wrappers and trash everywhere. The hotel management obviously doesn't care about either of these issues or anything else going on. Cop cars were present multiple days and the hookers didn't seem bothered. The elevator doesn't work and hasn't worked for longer than 6 months. Don't waste your time or money.

I just wanted to say that Vee was awesome. Best customer service ever. I had a load on my trailer and she kept insisting for me to park my truck and trailer right by the front door. So I did. Just to keep my equipment safe. Thank you so much Vee. You're awesome.
