Comfort Suites Old Town Spring

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was conveniently located within minutes to everything we were here for. Our room was very clean and spacious. They desk attendant was very friendly and pleasant. And we enjoyed the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Gym equipment is broken an outdated.
Comforter was stained.
There were crumbs all over the couch in my room. Not the cleanest place. Breakfast was alright they have a waffle iron. No bacon though.
I'd recommend it for a budget stay but I'd say the rooms could be a bit more throughly cleaned.

I give this hotel this rating only because the general manager Rebecca has been rudely hiding and not owning up to what she says. We booked our stay over the New Year’s Eve day and due to a family emergency we had to cancel our second night with them. I explained to them and I was referred to her. At the beginning when I told her our situation she literally sat on the phone with me and said she would approve this refund for the second night we didn’t stay. She asked me to wait a few days to see this in my bank and if I didn’t go give her a call and she would go ahead and approve it. After reaching out to the hotel 2 times after all I get is excuses and turn downs. The things is that if I had been told the first time that I wouldn’t be awarded back for the second night, we could’ve figured something out and had a relative stay since we we traveling in group. But since I was spoken to the “main general manager Rebecca” and she talked a good game I didn’t feel the need to worry. All I have to say is do better Rebecca, no one should have to deal with these kind of lies from someone that is in charge of showing leadership. And if I should add, the hotel needs better management and supervision of the housekeeping in the rooms. It was smelling like a pot heads the second we walked in. Just do better and don’t lie to your customers. You don’t know what some of us are going through when we book our stays.

Great place to stay for a budget friendly hotel in a great location and close to food and shopping. Hotel was clean, rooms was clean but we always reclean. The staff was nice and the hotel was quiet.

We got there few minutes before check in time, I explain the from desk lady that need to check-in Early if is possible. The policy is 3: pm. Need to come back at 3: .
Didn't like the way she handled. Was not a good service.

We stopped at the hotel for an overnight stay while traveling through Houston. The manager was extremely nice however the hotel was not. The room, a king suite, had something brown slung on the walls at the sofa and also in the bathroom at the sink. It looked like coffee. During the night the ac unit started making a groaning sound and did not pull the humidity out of the room, the sheets were damp as was the towels in the bathroom. The machines in the fitness center were broken and unusable. Will not stay here again.

Me and my aunt was in a room that was not handicap accessible after we were told it was and the room was no smoking after we were told they have smoking rooms

Everything was lovely my family stayed there for this pass weekend the staff was very nice and friendly the rooms was big clean with everything stocked I love this Hotel and then it’s a nice Big water park behind it I recommen anybody to theHotel and they breakfast is very hot fresh and Good!

I wouldn't say this is a BAD hotel. But the room wasn't very clean when we got there, some of the hardware (door handles, locks, sink shower) were in desperate need of repair, it felt lacking in privacy (I could hear people speaking at normal volume in the hall and the room next to mine), it was tough to get a towel for each person staying in the room (we had 5 people they told us they only give out 3 per room) and the tap water was discoloured and smelled funny. Not sure if we just happened to get the short end of the stick this visit or if everyone else experiences the same thing, either way I wouldn't stay here again.

The king bed suite is very spacious well worth the money. Everything was cleaned very nicely. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious several options to choose from! Highly recommend this location!

Words cannot describe how impressed and happy I am with my 4-day stay at this lovely hotel. First and foremost, Rebecca, the hotel manager is beyond amazing! My flight was canceled and had a little issue and she went above and beyond to help.she will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and in good hands. The hotel is super clean and smells good everywhere you go.housekeeping is top-notch.super friendly and you always see them cleaning rooms.my room was always stocked, clean, and smelled good.clean sheets, towels, and a comfortable bed with a wonderful AC and free and fast WiFi. The breakfast is lovely and the dining room is super clean and the food is constantly restocked. The front desk staff is super friendly and professional. This hotel is a little gem! 10 stars! I really enjoyed my time here and will always appreciate the help I got from Rebecca the hotel manager.if you need a place to stay in the area you won't find anything better than Comfort Suites Old Town Spring. Heck, even when I'm not in the area I'll be going out of my way to stay there.it is totally worth it. Highly recommended!

The pillows were horrible about the size of a couch pillow and they restrict their wifi so you cant play any games on it only watch videos. It was very annoying didnt enjoy my stay

Kinda pricey.something was broken everyday. From the elevator to being locked out of the front door. We had to wait until someone walked up to the door from the inside.and apparently, it's a weed friendly hotel.lol not hating.just gets old when my room smells like weed cause it's so strong coming from another room
