Comfort Suites Pflugerville - Austin North

First time staying here, lucky to get a room for a few nights while the power was out from the ice storm.

Restaurants on the same space so it's walking distance (I went to Cheddar's and it was good) and HEB is very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Takeia checked me in and we was cracking up in the lobby, and I think Shannon is the hotel manager, also very cool!

My room was nice, clean and spacious. Had a mini fridge & microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay theirs restaurants, stores around the area next to the freeway for easy access, large parking lot, heated pool, clean rooms, continental breakfast, staff was nice

Nice breakfast spread. Decent amenities. Hotel rooms could use some upgrades/renovation. Very convenient location for most Austin visitors. Good value for a reasonable price of stay.

EXCELLENT value for the price. Probably one of the best managed value hotels that I've stayed at for a while. Reception, food, and housekeeping workers were very respectful and efficient. Guests were appropriately spaced out and segregated by floor (e.g. Workers on the ground floor, couples on upper floors). Breakfast was well-stocked. Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were clean, and it was nice to have restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel put in new beds the day we got there, so the beds were very comfy and they seem to maintain their rooms very well.

We actually were in town for a training at another hotel chain that was almost double the price, and that hotel was much more chaotic, with workers conversing loudly in public walkways and dining areas, the hotel just seemed less sanitary, and bathrooms were not well kept. So this is definitely an excellent value for the price if you are staying in this area!

One of the few hotels that I know that have an indoor pool and hot tub great staff restaurants and shopping close by really close to the downtown area i have to say by no hands down when it comes to the front desk tekeia is the best person to go to she will greet you with that welcome home smile that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable when I she her i truly know i have nothing to worry about if it's in her power she will help me out i keep saying that she should be promoted

We had a nice stay at this Comfort Suites. The room was clean but we did nit use the cleaning service as we only stayed three nights. I would recommend staying here if you need to be close to the area.

Room was clean. Customer service was great. Pretty rare these days. Mal was very cordial and made me feel welcomed. What a fantastic human being. I hope I get to come back.

Nice and clean hotel. I slept so good. The beds were super comfy. I'd stay here again. Worth it!

We had an amazing experience. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. Made sure we were comfortable. We really felt like we were family. Every thing was clean. We would definitely recommend it.

The front desk lady at night was the worse.
Asked her to fix my room key she was on her phone the whole time. Before I left I asked the front desk to clean the room and for fresh towels that wasn’t done. She has her boss on the phone Sharon he said she can do anything she wants and he’s ok with her talking rude to the customers. Will never stay in a comfort inn ever again I’ll tell all my friends

Very nice hotel, very clean rooms, nice thick towels, comfortable beds, (new beds) fresh and soft linens, on beds.
Convenient store, very close, and excellent restaurants too, eat at Fish Daddy's!
The front desk folks very nice, hmm all the employees are very knowledgeable, nice, house keeping is excellent, very good breakfast, cereals, fruits, oatmeal, malted griddle waffles, eggs n sausages, bacon, ect, bagels, biscuits and gravy, yogurt too.
Very safe parking area too! Great for traveling moms and children!

I stayed here after a bad experience with another Hotel. Clean room, clean bathroom, and clean sheets. Breakfast a plus. But the reason I've come back again for another week is Mal. She's very sweet and personable and has made my stay at this location great. 10/10 Mal, keep it up

Second time staying here and service was top-notch once again. The owner is very professional and hands-on which I'd most impressive! Clean hotel, nice value and great location It's our go to place while in Austin visiting family

Price was reasonable but beds were hard and pillows were small squares, like throw pillows. Staff was very friendly though and check in and check out was quick.

Very nice, clean rooms. Awesome continental breakfast and friendly staff. Close to plenty of restaurants.

Hello everyone I just wanted to say that this room im at right now Comfort Suites in Pflugerville behind Cheddars is good. I checked in late on Monday night Fourth of July it was after midnight so technically i checked in on 7/5/2022 which is Tuesday and im too check out on 7/10/2022. I am worried for my safety at this time and wanted to post for my protection. It is Tuesday July 5th 2022 time 10: 56 pm.
