Great company to work with. Julius was an absolute legend in making sure everything was taken care of in a professional manner. Very fair prices too.

Had two units installed back in 2020 and the bottom unit stops working when it gets too hot or too cold outside and have to constantly call them to repair which doesn't last. This past week with outside temps in the 30s and the heater dead, they've been unresponsive. They don't text or call me back and get a hold of anyone other than their 3rd party call center which says they'll forward my message to Brandon and Jason. It's been a week of this and I'm tired of my house being 50 degrees inside.

Brandon was great to deal with. Booking an appointment was easy, and all details were promptly communicated clearly via text. The entire service call was handled quickly and professionally, from booking to finish.

Brandon helped us with our unit not cooling. He shared all the details of the troubleshooting process and his repair (I asked a ton of questions and he was very patient with me). When he left, everything was looking good, but he reminded us if any issues reoccur to just give him a call. Good to have someone leave the home after a repair with us feeling confident and reassured.

We had Brandon come out to see us. We noticed that their were problems with the unit last night, and he was able to fit us in today. Came out and diagnosed the problem to exactly what I thought it was. Professionally installed a new capacitor and performed the annual maintenance on both our units. The problem unit is 17 years old, and agreed with us that we needed to replace this before it goes completely dead.

Tech was extremely friendly, experienced resulting in quick and accurate diagnosis of my HVAC issue. Tech performed initial maintenance but was not satisfied with performance and performed a second round of maintenance until AC was working to his satisfaction. AC works as new once again!

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the tech (James) who visited our home and quickly diagnosed the issue with our A/C blower unit and completed repairs. I will definitely call Comfortzone MIR, LLC again for any future HVAC repair/replacement needs.
