Devon, was very professional and knowledgeable… he did a fantastic job finding our issue with HVAC and was able to put heat up and running quickly, Highly Recommend this company!

Comfy Air ricks! From Delly, the customer service/admin person to Devin the repairman, they were excellent! Came to fix my heater in this winter cold snap the same day that I called them and able to fix it at the first visit! Fairly priced! I highly recommend them!

Abusing elderly financially! Hello everyone! Let me start by saying I am currently in San Marcos visiting my elderly mother who had complete knee surgery a week ago. She has a pretty much knew HVAC unit that was installed by this company. They have been out a few times to look at different issues - one in particular being float sensor problem, which they tilted the pipe as a temporary fix we recently found out by Danny the lead technician. (why ever do a temp fix) We turned on air a couple days prior to Christmas eve, we noticed that it was leaking through a vent. Going to attic I learned it was flooded up there. We called for assistance from this company and Danny came by. I never left his site up there and took several videos and pics. As he opened we saw rust and coils bad and he told me about leaky Freon and a broken cracked interior pipe and pan. Which he had mentioned to my mom on previous appointment. I told Danny that whoever installed the unit installed the outer drop pan wrong as it’s too off to right and if it was done properly then we wouldnt have the damage we had. He said himself well I wasn’t here when this was installed. They quoted my mother over 2000 dollars to come back and fix their mistakes - labor costs. Plus a charge for diagnostics- 300. No one even said we apologize for this since we are responsible we won’t charge full labor cost or even we are very sorry this is happening during this time. Front office Delvia I believe, was horrendous. When I mentioned financial elder abuse she really just had no compassion. We got a second and third opinion and each said whoever installed this almost new only three year old unit did a really horrible job. Everything is done improperly. Not only that but their quotes were way off from their amount! Please please be careful! They are over charging elderly - which is against the law

It took a while to get compressor replaced through no fault of their own, but results were worth the wait. Friendly tech too.

Thanks for dealing with our home warranty company and getting this approved. It was a long process but you hung in there with them and got it done, including the upgraded thermostat, which is something they almost never approve.

The dispatcher I talked
to was Deli! I am beyond words with her customer service quality! Deli answered questions I didn’t even know I had and made me feel like an old friend when talking to her. Can’t recommend enough and wouldn’t go anywhere else for AC help!

Most unprofessional small business who does NOT finish work! I filed a claim through our insurance and that is how we were forced to work with Comfy Air. First off, I understand insurance has it required steps and policies, and can take longer but my first issue was with the office manager Delilah. She never followed up throughout the approval process, I had to initiate all the calls to them and my insurance and the tech in order to receive any type of update. Once they finally received the parts and finally came to do the service (this is day 16 without air and approval from the insurance was received on day 9) the tech, JR, installed the part, BUT before he could test it out to ensure it worked and he installed it properly, unfortunately the power went out in our neighborhood. I completely understand this is out of everyone's control and was unfortunate timing, but my natural expectation is that you come back and FINISH the ORIGINAL WORK ORDER. The tech, JR, proceeds to tell us he thinks he may have hooked up the wires backwards, but of course couldn't verify since the power was out.he proceeded to tell us "call dispatch first thing in the morning so that I can come back out and finish the job and they don't close the work order". Power comes back on about an hour later, and BIG SURPRISE AC DOES NOT WORK. SO what happens? Incompetent Delilah, who does not have the entire story yet, closes the work order that evening and claims the service was "complete" even though the tech couldn't verify he installed the part correctly. She stated we have to file ANOTHER CLAIM so they can come out to re-evaluate the "new" issue.when clearly we don't know if there is a new issue since the ORIGINAL issue/work order was NOT COMPLETED! She proceeds to tell me that she closed the work order, because the tech, JR, stated the AC worked for a "few minutes" before the power went out-LIES, LIES, LIES! I am not sure why the tech told us one thing and lied to his company, or perhaps he didn't lie and Delilah, the office manager, just stated that to cover herself since she prematurely closed the work order. She also proceeded to tell me that if we were paying customers (not going through our insurance) they would come back immediately to ensure they had done the job correctly -but now we need to wait for all the approvals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND I WILL BE SURE TO TELL OUR INSURANCE TO REMOVE THEM OFF THEIR LIST BECAUSE THEY DON'T FINISH THEIR JOB AND HAVE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES WHO ONLY TREAT CUSTOMERS WELL WHO ARE ARE PAYING OUT OF POCKET!

The Office Manager was friendly, and quick to respond. Jr, the tech, came out and was very professional. He knew what he was doing and talking about, he was very quick as well! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Comfy Air. Our air conditioner wasn't cooling and it was so hot in the house so I gave them a call. The technician that came to the house was very friendly and helpful. He was able to repair our unit quickly and it was very affordable. I would recommend Comfy Air to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.

Matt B.was my service tech today and he did a fantastic job! He was very polite, professional, and courteous. He even offered to fix my weed eater! I've had this Daikin unit for almost two years and I love it. Comfort Crew always does great work and I highly recommend them.

Genesis was very polite over the phone, answered all my questions and helped schedule the maintenance appointment at my home. She gave me all the information of who the tech would be and I even received a picture and tracking info on the techs arrival time.

I had Comfort Crew out today to service my A/C units. Danny, the technician showed up on time and was courteous, professional, and did great work. He did an excellent job and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. One of the tenants asked a question and Danny did an excellent job explaining the answer. I was impressed with the service from Comfort Crew and will be a repeat customer.
