I deleted my original post due to being pressured by my neighbor to write the bad review about Commerce Housing. I've never lived in housing but my neighbors across the street talked out everything & everything is good except for the CRAZY neighbor filing FALSE COMPLAINTS TO THE HOUSING OFFICE & COMMERCE PD. She has done this EVERYWHERE she's lived. She needs to be committed or put in jail for HARRASSMENT! She parks her car where our neighbors across the street have a problem backing out. She's just mean. She drives down Sunrise EVERYDAY! When I filled out the application for Commerce housing I was told 1 year & a half to 2 yrs & it was 5 months. You may have to remind them of something that you need done but hey it's a decent place just talk to your neighbors.

Commerce housing authority gives everyone a chance to start their lives over and make their lives better. I am blessed and thankful

Won't answer the phone and gives very little information when they do.

I've lived here for 10 years and I have treated me so good I love it where I live it's quiet and nobody bothers you and when you ask for help there there thank you.

Doesn't look very clean, alot of loud party people live here.if you are a party person this is for you.
