Great service and was very clear and direct over the phone and when I went to get stuff out of my vehicle. Eliuth helped me out very nice gentleman. You have to let them know 20 min. Prior to picking up stuff out of your towed vehicle in kyle.

I have 4 words to describe Commercial Towing/Lockhart: My Hero, Tucker Kane! Tucker was there for me, more than once! He's the best worker in the Towing business, of any company! Tucker picked up my car on the call about the wreck I had just been in. He's multi-talented! He's a humble person, and he's very kind. Well, he was to me. My situation was grim! Pieces of my car were all over the road. I am truly blessed to be alive! Tucker picked up every piece and put them all inside my car, b4 he left the scene. 1st responders took me to a hospital, becoz I was not well. When I got to the wrecking yard, late Tues, afternoon. I was late and the yard was closed. Tucker was there to greet me. He took me in and opened my car so I could get all my belongings. He was Johnny on the spot! By the time I made it to Lockhart, my phone was dead. I asked Tucker to take pics of my car. He did and sent them to my phone. And, he helped me take all my stuff to my other car, up the road from the tow yard. He's probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! Losing my car was very hard. But meeting Tucker reminded of how blessed I really am to be alive. I can never thank him enuff! I believe Tucker is a super Hero! He deserves a nice, fat raise or some type of reward for giving excellent svc, beyond the call of duty!

I’ve used Commercial Towing Services a couple times. The quality of costumer service from when they answer the phone to when your vehicle gets dropped off is fantastic. I’ll continue to use them when I need it and will recommend them to all my friends.

Was picked up wreck location and taken to a near hotel they spoke to the representative at check in. Informed them about my situation so I could get a room due to it was too early in the morning to check in.

We were hit by a 18-wheeler on I -35. The Buda police officer called Commercial Towing Service, who arrived very quickly. They towed our car and changed the tire for us. They couldn't have been more helpful!
