When I purchased my high-rise van from Nissan in 2017, one of the upgrades was an HVAC package of shelves from this company.
Fast forward to 2022 I had an angle bracket break and a stripped out bolt on the rack holding the refrigerant.
I need to get both items repaired.
I drove over to their shop on Friday. I was more than willing to pay to have the shelves fixed, but the acting manager wouldn’t hear of it. He explained, you have a lifetime warranty and we’re more than happy to take care of it. Next I asked, “ Do I need to schedule a time to bring the van in? ”
Since the problems were easily fixes, he said they’d just knock it out NOW, and 20 minutes later my Van was back to 100%.
AMAZING Customer Service that’s practically non-existent in todays world!
If you have a van that needs shelves, you’ll wanna check this place out the show room is amazing and the options or unlimited.
These guys will take care of you! I have complete confidence in this company!
