Great location, awesome staff, and spacious apartments. I don't regret this one at all.

The apartments are surprisingly big and it’s a cute community the property is well maintained. The office was super helpful with the process and found something that’s affordable to us. A big thanks to Ash and his manager Brice for helping me and my bf out. Would recommend for anyone looking around in the area.

Excellent service, I went in to get some information on leasing a unit. As we are looking to relocate from Chicago to Houston. The young man working was extremely helpful. He took his time and answered all the questions and concerns we had. If you are looking to rent from here speak with Ash. He was amazing!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HOME AND STAY at Commons at Westchase. The grounds very well kept ALWAYS. I want to highlight how i was taken care of from the very begin by Ashraf better known as Ash. Such a personable guy. I was updated with every step of the process before and after moving in. He truly goes above and beyond his job title and for that I’m immensely appreciative. Not only did i have a great experience with him, but I see it day to day what he does to go beyond to help someone simply in need. For example, someone’s car gave out in the parking lot in front of my unit and low and behold Ash comes around the corner out of nowhere and is helping this man push his car back into a parking space. I mean who does that? ! I deeply value his customer service and I think above all else, THIS is the type of community that you should be looking for! And, of course goes without saying, the maintenance staff and the rest of the apartment. Staff are very responsive and make sure your needs are being met.

I stayed here at the commons for two years.
This was the worst experience I ever experienced with an apartment complex.
My car window was busted in
People cars get towed
Switched managers three times in 2 years I was there the last two were very rude and hung up in my face multiple times
The apartment managers charged my account twice for rent without my permission with two different transaction and then stated to me when I came to the office that I did it.
The apartment managers took almost a full month to give me my money back and then charged me extra fees as if I didn’t pay my rent on time, which was something I paid faithfully for two years. I moved out of the apartment and gave a notice, the managers added a 600 dollar fee to my account like I ruined the apartment and didn’t pay rent. I have proof what they have on paper is false. Now the apartment complex have reported me to the credit bureau with false information,
I would highly suggest not moving here

Very bad place to live at. Definitely do not recommend anyone moving here they steal off porches and the office can’t do nothing about that even tho you’re paying $1300 a month. Also roaches everywhere and they never come out to spray anything, we have been dealing with a bunch of problems at these apartments and they don’t care. You can’t even walk out at night because the irrigation system sprays your legs or yourself the maintenance is very poor. I do not recommend ANYONE TO MOVE HERE AT ALL.

I am an apartment locator and have done business with Commons at Westchase, specifically Ash. He is a one-man customer service expert and makes everyone feel important. Administrative personnel is almost as important as the apartment itself. I tell all my clients that their leasing agent can greatly enhance their experience on a property. Please know that Ash is on my speed dial to send as many client as I can because I know he will take as good care of them as I do.

Management is very helpful. Started my lease at the beginning of November. No issue so far!

Moved in December. I fell in love with the property as soon as I saw it! The townhouse is the one I choose. I’m still pinching myself! I love my place, looking at the beautiful trees and watching people walk their dogs. It’s tucked in yet nit far from shopping & restaurants. Ash is the best! I’m home!

I am very open minded and decided to rent at Commons at Westchase despite the bad reviews about the roaches. BIG MISTAKE. They should call this place RoachParments or RoachWestchase because my apartment was infested with roaches at least 3 months after my move in date. The apartment was fine for the first 3 months, but after that time the roaches started coming out. They were in the bathroom, the bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, on the tables. I am very disappointed after several attempts have been made with any type of pet control. I called the office and made a complaint for them to come and do a deeper check and they said I should take a day to tour my apartment with the property manager, I mean I have to miss a day of work so the manager come and see by himself the roaches? Really? Despite the fact that the complaints about this infestation are continuous and repetitive by several people who live here? (I keep my apartment clean and organized, I don't even use the kitchen to avoid unpleasant encounters, they come in through the drain) I'm tired of fighting this pest infestation and only wish for the day my lease is up. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. The other reviewers who complain about roach were right and I should have taken them into account before renting.

I would never live in these apartments again, Manager it's the worst, The deposit is not returned, They put something that does not exist in the last report, And I will not pay them. I’m leave The apartment in the best conditions. Please don't think about living here.

Just do not even bother considering them, I made a huge mistake, spend you money somewhere better, it has been 7 months for me living here, I have not been able to get a pest control done, not even once, they would just keep saying it will be done, but never get's done.
They have been charging me $50 extra than the agreed amount, I have been complaining about it to deaf ears for months.

The even charged 10% as late fee because their autopay did not work.

Miguel was very helpful. The community is really nice and pretty, the apartments are awesome and very spacious. I cannot wait to move here! Thank you Miguel for all your help!:)
