Today I was truly blessed at CommuniCare. From the front staff who made me laugh and was great at processing me in. To the blood work employee who has one of the best sticks that I have ever had. Very pleasant to talk to as she did her job and treated me with a soft touch. As I finished and was getting ready to leave I was met by the head nurse who took me under her wing and let me know that my referral was being handled and she comfort me about my situation and gave me the feeling that all would be well and I would well taken care of. If anyone is looking for a group to handle there medical issues this is the place you need to be, because these people care and they handle there business in a matter that makes me feel like I'm being protected and taken care of.

Awesome place I am so appreciative of all the wonderful staff at this location they helped me in more ways than I have time to write about if you are looking for a great place to be seen I recommend this communicare location.

Doctor C. Matthews is such a great help. This clinic is kind and makes sure to check all ends before letting you know anything! Payment options are a major plus!

My experience today was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! Not only did they save me alot of time “ I have been to other Wic offices and was there almost two hours” so I was thankful for that. Their was also a nutritionist that stood out to me by the name of RUBY She went beyond expectations she provided me with accurate information, she was very pleasant, and even though she was wearing a mask I could still tell me she was smiling. Ms. Ruby gave me information about new events that are coming up for ex Farmers Market has a special coming up for WIC recipients, how to use my card at different locations that accept WIC, More information about my 5 month old and when she can start eating jar food, and etc. Also provided me with some of the best customer service thanks again Ruby:)

Tracy Fuentes went above and beyond. I’m new to the area, and she made it seem like I knew her for years. She welcomed me and my husband and helped us very much! I can’t express the happiness I received. She deserves 10 stars if I could. Best supervisor hands down!

I did make two appointments but unfortunately later they canceled and then I got virtual appointment 2 times no one called so sad from this place.

So this is a rating about Dr. Ryan Paulson he is the best doctor I ever had he is so kind and funny and when he knows his patients are down he know how to make them happy by saying some funny jokes and I would recommend Dr. Ryan Paulson because he just bring Joy to his patients and I would even reccomend my whole family to him because he is the best. And Dr. Paulson I love you and i love the way you believe in me

Been waiting over 2 months to hear back on a referral to behavioral health. Saw NP Matthews on June 10th and was told I’d hear back within 2 weeks. Every visit has been disorganized and I’ve been given inconsistent price quotes and time quotes on when I’d hear back from them. Very few of the reception staff ever know how to help. 0/10 would not recommend.

Our family is very happy and proud to have a great doctor like Dr. Ryan Paulson. He is an amazing, caring and knowledgeable doctor. He has been working with my son and genuinely cares about his patients’ health and well-being. My son is a somewhat difficult and Dr. Paulson has a lot of patience with him. Dr. Paulson, God Bless you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ️️

Dr uppal is rude and unprofessional she does not treat you like a human and hardly makes eye contact she is extremely judgemental. I've visited with her twice and both times she behaved unacceptably

I've been to plenty of different offices around San Antonio and can tell you that this facility is the cleanest with excellent service and amazing staff, I would recommend this office for anyone who needs it!

They don't help you, you pay and they give you referels highly doubt they are even real doctors I'm calling the health board on them. A bunch of hustlers in doctors suites they don't even listen to you. I want my money back.

I am going to give them 1 star, their waiting time was more than an hour and half only for a single shot for my kid, and when I talked to the manager she was also making excuse.

They charge you $45 to see a doctor who could clearly care less about your health issues. He also will only see you for a maximum of two issues and cannot prescribe and pain (regardless the ER referral) or psychiatric medication. Compelete waste of time. The nurses were polite though and the facility is new and very clean.

Our first time here, the facility was clean, staff very professional and the Doctor was attentive.

Went here for my pregnancy the staff is friendly. Also except for 2 occations it was in and out

Inefficient service around prescription filling

40 hours after my appointment I wad still waiting for my inhaler. The initial order was called in right away.when the pharmacy called back to state that the inhaler was not covered by insurance and requested an alternative generic it has been silent since. That was 38 hours ago, I am still wheezing, and even after a phone call this morning, nothing. This may not be the Dr. ’s fault but it is unacceptable service

Never crowded great service allways clean And sectioned off so neatly always a great feeling entering and leaving. Very conductive. Better than Robert E Green downtown.
