Where to start? ! CFG is amazing! They use the Level Method to assess your current fitness and provide scaled movements. Everyone can go! The coaches demo all moves and provide additional options for any aches or injuries or surgeries. I have had 2 knee replacements and the workouts have only helped me. I modify as needed for that day.
This community has been life-changing for me! The workouts are great and the people are even better- positive, caring, supportive. If you're thinking about it- try it!
