They are so helpful to me and hear my problem attentively. A patient with such an environment is already feeling good.

This clinics call center is rude and uncaring!
The staff always looks like they are having bad day! Took a whole year to schedule an appointment, hard to get refills on important medications! We will not be back! Jamie was one of the names I was given if it was a real name have reported issues before.

My children and I have been at this clinic for 5 years now, the staff at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. The nurses and physicians are awesome, and they offer a lot of great services there!

I was so unhappy their was a gentleman that works registering in patients, he was so rude to the lady in front of me, the lady had an accent, i guess she needed help with some form. Then it was my turn he looked so unhappy, asked me for my id/license then asked for picture, did not explain the reason for that. So as i was heading to the window for my eye exam, the lady at the window was on the phone with him, he was stating how he said good day to me and i didn't acknowledge him not sure what he was saying but she was laughing. Then the security very short man, that in the past he has told me to leave the mask on my face because people like me are the reason for causing covid, that is also so rude every time went up to the other security officer, the other security he seemed very friendly, and they were looking at me. The point of this is that working in a environment like this, employees like these need to realize that this is a medical facility, take in to consideration that patients are to get treated because they are not feeling well.

The people were very kind. The cost of a 1st visit $172. I sat waiting for a full hour before speaking to the very kind Doctor. They took my blood pressure temp and weight. And for this minor interaction I'm charged $172. I am offended with this blatant theft.

Do not go to any of these clinics if you do not have too. They LOVE to waste your time and make you repeat the same appointments over and over.

This place is Amazing! I see Dr. McCartney as my primary care physician. She is one of those rare doctors that spends time to ask questions to find out how to help you and proceeds to help and refer you to others who can better help you if it’s out of her scope. In the past, I’ve had doctors who wouldn’t look at you and were in a hurry to get out of there in less than 2 minutes. Dr. McCartney referred me to a counselor named Daniel in the same building. He too is cut from the same cloth as Dr. McCartney. He is just as amazing and thoughtful in wanting to truly help. If you’re looking for something different, I’d highly recommend Community Health. I’m sure the other professionals in that building are equally as attentive and patient in delivering great healthcare. I am at ease knowing I’m getting great care from great people.

Shelley roten did my daughters eye exam and she was very rude and impatient she was also making huffing noises like she just didn’t wanna be there or have the patience to deal with my child. I also think she was rude because we were late to the eye appointment but it took longer to feel out paper work because they didn’t even give me the right papers to sign plus my daughter needed the bathroom … also my daughter was moving a lot during the eye exam but she used a ugly tone with my daughter it was very unprofessional.the front office and eye doctor need to be more professional because we didn’t feel welcomed there at all and we won’t go back ever

There needs to be no security guards. Why would you need them in a place meant for families to seek medical treatment? Ramos, one of the guards, was abusing his power and demanding that i cannot park where I was, even though no signs say otherwise and the curb i parked up against is not painted red. It's in fact yellow. I was in my car waiting for my mom to go in to just get a single paper. I was parked all for maybe 2 minutes when he came and aggressively tapped my window. Implying he makes rules that doesn't exist.

I have received very good care both at the reception and from the doctors: pediatrics, ophthalmologist, dentist and very friendly security personnel.

They take too long you would prolly have a better chance going anywhere else the appointment times don’t matter either it’s whoever gets there first
