If you forget to check in, they will just let you sit there and act like they don't know who you are or remind you to check in. Then, over an hour later, cancel your appointment and be rude to you on top of that. Case manager Nakeisha does not manage anything well.her client's sensitive needs, nor her bad and ghetto attitude. Would not recommend

The receptionist didn’t know whether they took my insurance or not. I was stressed more after I got off the phone with this lady that had no idea what she was talking about. I wish I would have gotten her name.
