I banked for YEARS at the "corporate" banks. Decided after another bank did me wrong to give CRCU a try. Been with them a few years now and I have NEVER had a issue they couldn't resolve quickly.

I usually don't post any bad comments but this bank has earned it. I applied for a credit card consolidation and at first the lady called me immediately, very polite I must say and seen willing to help. We talked about possible routes to go with, she assured me that she would work on something and would call me back. About a week past by and no call, I decided to give her a call, went to her voice mail, left her a message and till this date no call back. So I'm guessing this is new way of saying you don't qualify.

Absolute the worst customer service I've ever had at a credit union will not be returning for any reason.

Non existent customer service. Years ago when we opened our account they were great! Now no one returns calls, or answers the phone! I have been trying to move my account for over a month! We moved over an hour away and now have a new bank and they refuse to wire our funds!

Their financial guidance is unacceptably subpar. Amanda tried her best, but Candice and Brenda weren't of much help. Ultimately its their financial guidance that is lacking. I've been with them for over 3 years but they honestly have no clue what each department is doing or recommending to people. I've accumulated fantastic credit, but in regards to their loan application the departments that help with financial guidance recommend actions that actually hurt your chances of being accepted despite having good credit.

Be wary and make your own educated decisions in regards to refinancing and loans. They will get you good credit, but get your loans and advice from somewhere else

The experience I’ve ever had buying a car through this credit union. If you ever need a car loan, avoid Dacia! Worst customer service ever!

Banking with CRCU since 2012.by far no bad experiences and I got my soon to be husband to switch banks and he too enjoys it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WAS EXCITED ABOUT BUYING MY FIRST HOME UNTIL I WENT TO COMMUNITY RESOURCE FOR A MORTGAGE LOAN, DAVID IN MORTGATGE SEEMED VERY UNiNTERESTED IN WORKING WITH ME, THE FIRST DAY I VISITED THIS BRANCH AROUND 1 PM HE SAID THAT IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE DAY TO GET ME A PREAPPROVAL, HE SAID JUST LEAVE MY INFO & HE WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY, SO I LEFT! I CALLED BACK IN THE NEXT DAY & HE SAID HED RUN MY INFO & GET BACK WITH ME, SO 4 HOURS LATER HE CALLS ME BACK TELLING ME EVERYTHING HE SEES WRONG WITH MY DEAL INSTEAD OF A PLAN OF ACTION TO GET MY LOAN PROCESSED, HES VERY RUDE & NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, WILL NOT GO TO COMMUNITY RESOURCE FOR NOTHING ELSE THANKS TO DAVID!

Though in the beginning it started off kind of wrong, Jackie Rico ended the experience in a positive note! She is an amazing banker and very professional, responsive, informative, and SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! She did our auto loan and we'd look for her if we needed another loan.

I would like to commend the drive through bank teller today at the Decker Drive location. She was very patient and kind throughout my mishap of counting my ATM withdawal.

Amazing credit union! The employee today at the front desk (rollingbrook location) was SO SWEET and BEYOND HELPFUL. She was training, but met all my needs. You couldn't even tell she was new, because she knew exactly what to do. I was very thankful for her amazing customer service. Thanks again for always have amazing employees with amazing customer service!

This particular branch has some of the friendliest tellers and most helpful financial advisors. Elizabeth Garza exceeded my expectations completely! After having a bad experience at the Alexander location she reassured me about my situation and helped me with such courtesy. As a young adult trying to establish credit it can be confusing and difficult but Elizabeth helped me a ton!

They are very polite and helped me start off my credit when banks refused to. I have financed a vehicle and a couple of loans with them for a couple years now. I love that there are various of atms around town that you can withdraw money without being charged a fee.

Worst experience ever buying my first vehicle through them. They deal with CORRUPT used car salesman who will sell you a $3000 warranty that covers nothing on a vehicle they sell you. George in collections was suppose to work out an agreement we talked about face to face at his desk. Instead of following that agreement he stops answering your calls for weeks and then sells my vehicle to the auction and now they want to sue me over it. WHAT A JOKE of a BANK and its employees. This wont be the end of me getting my story out here either.

I specifically stated that I wanted to open an account with a new bank or credit union to avoid ridiculous holds from Bank of America. I was told the holds for the first 30 days would be a max of 7 days then no holds after that. I was okay with that except that I deposited a check on the 17th of December and was then informed that it would not be released until January 1st which is two weeks later. That's double the time I was told. Now because they refuse to release the check I most likely wont get to go see my family for the holidays. No sooner than the funds clear I will close the account once more. Thanks for nothing you heartless monsters. You lied to me and then refused to make it right. I will recommend you to no-one and will share this experience with all that will hear me.

I'm EXTREMELY happy with this company. They never charge people I write checks to to cash my checks, the staff is extremely friendly & helpful. I was able to get a company loan very quickly without a song & dance and with a good interest rate. I'm so happy I moved my accounts from the big banks over to this credit union. They got my business from now on. Well Done CRCU!

So far so good with this company! Only had them for a month so far and it's great! My only question is how long does the night deposit box take to be deposited in ur account.

This is a great credit union.i recommend any one in baytown or new in baytown to give it a try and their customer service is really good.u will be taken care of right from the entrance.

Every time I go to the branch located on Garth Rd.across the mall I experience the worst customer service. The have a way to make customers feel unwelcome and inferior, not friendly at all. I only go there when I really can't drive to the branch on Decker where they do offer a better customer service. Sadly to say the one on Garth lacks the capability and professionalism that characterizes Community Resource Credit Union.

15 days to clear a check. Been account holder since 2012 I should have drove to Laporte to My other bank JSCFCU. At least jsc gets a better review
