Short wait time, very nice receptionist. Easy to get an appointment and check-in.
Very pleased with NP that took care of me. She was very thorough and explained everything clearly to me. Nurse was also very kind.

Horrible experience at this location with my 20 month old. Needed an X-ray and the tech wasn’t very helpful. Baby is crying hysterically & he decides to give up taking a photo after 2 tries. When I asked for some extra help, the NP Justin comes in & yells at me for being demanding (mind you they have been paid already). 0/10 recommend

Really love this place, like that you wait in your car. You don’t sit in your room forever waiting for care once in a room. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

On Saturday, 19 August 2023, at 1400-1435 hours during my visit at Urgentcare, the nurse and the doctor were really quick and thorough. Very professional, knowledgeable, concerned, and did everything with a good understanding. I score them both a 10 on the 10 scale or 100 on the hundred scale.

Experience with Doctors is fine. However, support staffs are not efficient at all. For either getting the medical report, I had call 3 times still not received an update. For insurance claim purposes, I was either hung-up, or re-directed or left to VM. Had to call thrice. Fortunately, one good staff have provided the best help.

Scheduled a time for a school sports physical, the wait was only 15 minutes once we arrived.the on-line check in is super convenient and user friendly. The staff were kind and professional. The exam was thorough and did not feel rushed.

Prosper is so lucky to have this amazing staff at Urgent Care. The first person you meet is Casondra who has the heart of gold and empathy for the people she is trying to help. In the room we had Rebecca & Krystal for our nurses and they listened to our concerns and they were awesome. Dr Jim is the greatest. Dr Jim was able to save us a from having to come back the next day for another test and with that they all had to stay a little longer. I will use them every time and what a GREAT CREW!

Went in for back pain! Everyone was very professional and I like the sign in process of waiting in your car until they are ready to see you so you're not coming in contact with sick patients! Highly recommend this place!

We had a small window to get an X-ray and diagnosis so we went to Community Med in Prosper. We did the check in on the way so we got back within 2 minutes. Everyone was super kind, professional and quick. Definitely going back! The team was incredible!

I wish if there were negative stars to give this place. Doctor was very unprofessional, no gloves, chewing gum while talking to a patient and the worst thing - there were no sheets on the stretcher. They are worst than 3rd world countries where patients’ safety and cleaness is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my family and friends. Stay away from this place if you care about your health!

Service was quick and easy. Everyone was so nice and listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend. This will be my go to when needed.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Probably one of the worst ever urgent care places. I had bad experiences with this urgent care 2 times already and I still decided to give it a fair chance and nothing has changed. Appointment times are a joke here and the check-in process is useless. I had to wait more than 1-2 hours here even after having an appointment and not just once but all the 3 times I have visited. Don't just handout appointments if it can't be handled. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and never going back either.

The service was great. Once I was finally seen. I assumed since the appointment times were in 30 minute increments that I would be in and out but I ended up having to wait an hour.
