This is my second time coming here. The first time was average, so I requested that they clean the interior properly this time. The exterior wash has looked great both times.

After this second visit, I’m comfortable saying to come here if you want to pay $55 for an exterior car wash and have the inside stay filthy. Paid for the deluxe and essentially nothing was done to the inside. In fact, my seats ended up dirtier due to them not wiping them down completely and leaving a brown stain mark from their dirty rags. My mats stayed dirty as well.

I really wanted this place to work out but the crews do not do well on the interior.

I sat there in their lot wiping my car myself to hit the 1000 places they missed.

Very disappointed paying $55 for an exterior quick wash when the inside was supposed to be cleaned as well.

If you can avoid the rush (afternoons and weekends) it is the best Wash&Wax in town, the owner is personally involved and continues to uplift the place. There is attention to details and QA before you're handed the keys back.

Always do a great job. They will detail the inside of the car at no additional charge. I bought the annual membership and it’s probably the best investment I’ve ever made.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for over a year now, one of the better ones I’ve been to. The team definitely does have a problem with communication though, sometimes your car will be finished, and you’ll still be sitting outside waiting for another 10 minutes for someone to realize it’s finished and let you know. This happens to me half of the time. And I’ve mentioned it to them.

The girls are welcoming and nice, but the guys who oversee the cleaning, not so much. Please don’t whistle at me like a dog when my car is finished, I totally understand the words “senior, finished. ”

Other than that, car is always cleaned to satisfaction and the complimentary drinks and snacks is a nice touch.

Again, just work on the communication and customer service and it’d be perfect.

Good cleaning, nice environment, but should better tell me when my car is done instead of letting me sit for 40 mins more.
UPD: Went again when it was not that busy, it's quick and enjoyable, while having the detailed cleaning service that I'm satisfied with.

Front desk is great and they always do a good job when it comes to cleaning my vehicle. Tacos in the front with Latin music makes it that much better. My car is always top notch when I leave there.

Had my first Austin car detailing here today. Everything felt rushed, they left my car seats wet (still wet). The service didn’t feel up to the mark.

This place takes care of you. In and out. Best place to work and get your car cleaned with their abundance of beverages and strong WiFi.

I went with the Deluxe Wash and my car is the cleanest I’ve seen it since the day I bought it! While waiting I needed to go to the bathroom and even that was spotless! I did have to wait a little over an hour but there were complimentary snacks and WiFi so I was able to get some work done. The staff was all very nice and the girls inside were lovely. 5 star experience!

They do a great job, very thorough and priced very well for austin. Great customer service!

I get my car washed here. And here only. They do a fantastic job with great tacos or a beer at Mean Eyed Cat while you wait
