James worked me in on a busy rainy day and even got a little wet himself to make sure my jeep got fixed, had a pesky sensor that the connector was stuck but they took care of it in a short time, no more check engine light, thx James and Complete Auto.

Recently, I had a tire to blow out and was forced to seek help from Complete Auto Repair of Mesquite Tex. The owner went well beyond his normal and established customer service to assist me in replacing the blown tire and I had one of the best customer experiences that I ever had. The world would be a much better place if we had more businesses and business owners like James Harris who cares more about people than money. I highly recommended this business to all.

Really great people. Just know your cars info (e.g. Year model, make), briefly explain what you need. And they will work with you. Definitely found my go to mechanic. And AutoZone is right next to them, so getting/buying your car parts is a lot easier.

They literally stole my car. Went by to get something out of it while waiting on parts/ estimate & it was gone. Couldn't tell me what happened to it and could not produce the key for me. Filed a police report and lawsuit is in process. USE ANY OTHER SHOP.
