Complete Care Brooks City Base, San Antonio TX

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I received exceptional service. I was there for an hour, checkin thru discharge. Nurse at the front was very polite, my nurse was very informative, kind and polite. Dr. Wyatt was also very kind, educated me on everything, my labs and diagnosis where done within less than 15 minutes. Was provided medication there as well as the necessary prescriptions. Everything was great. I seriously cannot complain and I highly recommend. It was clean, well organized, quiet. Thank you

Dr. Wyatt was the most professional, friendly and caring Dr. I so appreciated all of their care and attention and thoroughness. He staff was awesome as well! Very nice experience. Definitely recommend Complete Care Brook City.

So far 3 of us in waiting area yet noone has been in office for about 15 minutes now. Wont let me go in with wife. And no explanation why. Just they will keep me posted. Crapiest customer service i have ever see.

I injured my foot and couldn't put pressure on it. So I called to see if someone could help by bringing a wheelchair to my truck, since I was by myself and after a few minutes the nurse came to get me. Everyone was very friendly and attractive.

Love everything about this place. This is how a clinic/ emergency clinic should be run. We've been here over 6 times because covid and strep kept getting my whole family and first off, they don't mess around. You complete your paperwork and you're called in about 5 minutes. They run all necessary tests quickly. Never have been here more than an hour except for the time i needed an iv. I love you guys. Every single person here has an amazing attitude.

Quick, professional, friendly staff, nurses, and doctor. Took the time to really talk to me and explain issue. I have been here twice and am impressed with the level of professionalism and nice people.

I love going to the Urgent Care at Brooks city-base. The nurses and staff are always very thorough and willing to help you and get your situation taken care of as quickly and as pain-free as possible. Your wait time is less than 5 minutes if that. And I don't mind paying the Urgent Care cost from my insurance rather than having to wait at the hospital ER when all I have is a minor emergency. I don't like going to the Texas Med Clinic because they to take too long and sometimes misdiagnosed you I would recommend the Urgent Care staff at Brooks city-base to anyone. I appreciate all they do for me. They are a great bunch of people

I was not happy with my experience this time. I have come here before and the providers were very thorough. This time around I paid $150 so he could listen to my chest and walk out. He was in the room for less than 5 minutes and didn’t ask questions? My throat was on fire and i told the nurse I was in pain. You would think the doc would have did a better exam. The Nurse was great but the provider I have concerns about.

I am extremely satisfied with the service here. The lady at the front desk was polite assisted me very well and promptly with a smile. The nurse were very nice and on there game. The doctor dr. Wyatt is super professional nice answered all my questions and he even called me days later to follow up with me super cool. I was in and out, it was quite when I went it and super clean. I recommend coming here!

I went to Brooks for issue with my knee. I had no wait time and was seen immediately by the staff and Dr. Le. Dr. Le knew exactly how to help me and I felt better immediately. I was out and on my way in just a few minutes from arrival. A week later and still feeling great. Thanks Dr. Le

We had to rush my daughter to an ER and this was my first choice because the service I have had here in the past has been phenomenal. I knew we wouldn't have to wait to be seen and my daughter would be in great hands. I had to take all my daughters and when they started crying the lady in the front office gave them two stuffed dogs to cheer them up. Later I received a card in the ma that meant a lot.il that was a thank you letter from the office.

I really hate going to the Dr yet alone taking medicine. But when I actually feel really sick I know I need to get checked. I stopped by this place and wow they signed me up and didn't wait not even 5 mins in the lobby. The Dr and nurse whom attended me were so so fast and nice even though I had COVID symptoms. I was in and out now on my meds. I'd recommend this place to family and friends

It was exceptional service! I called ahead of time to get details before my possible visit. I went had a pleasant experience with the check in nurse. Had an awesome experience with Dr. Ray, he was very friendly and concerned as a Dr. I love that he used terms of endearments while talking to me. I think it adds a nice personal concerned touch. I felt cared for, listened too, and given a referral about a dentist. Which I will follow up with googling him and checking him out to see if he’s a right fit for me.

They were really nice caring diligent and profesional in times when you feel at your worst how you are treated makes a world of a difference please be respectful and thankful for their service DR. Morales and to the nurses thank you? ️

Had a pleasant experience. Minimal wait time before being seen. The staff listened to my concerns and they were addressed. I didn't have to wait ling after seeing the nurse to be seen by the doctor. The doctor knew what to prescribe and I was on my way.

Do not go to this place went in for chest pain and arm numbness the young lady was more worried about how much I would have to pay that day than how I was feeling finally taken back and back there the urgency wasn't there either after first review they contacted me asked me to rewrite it If they made things right gave them a chance and they did nothing.

Staff was very friendly and took care of my 2 yr old and made sure he had his first dose of antibiotics before we left since it was the middle of the night. I also really appreciated the follow up call from the Dr to check on how he was doing. I’m so glad we were able to find an awesome 24/7 urgent care clinic.

My mom wasn’t feeling well so we arrived around 1: 40 a.m. And from that moment forward everyone and I mean EVERYONE treated my mom and myself so good. The nurses, the technicians, the doctors and the administrators were so patient and attentive and overall so nice and welcoming during our very stressful time. I highly recommend coming here, thank you so much for treating my mom with so much care.

After calling my daughters pediatrician to try and get her evaluated and given an appointment in May, I was beyond frustrated. As I was contemplating where to take my I’ll child, we passed by Complete Care. I pulled over to look for something in my car and it dawned me… Complete Care! We were a bit hesitant because whenever we pass there usually are too many cars in the parking lot but I see why now. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted and taken care of professionally. Once the paper work was complete, we were called back to be evaluated. The medical staff listened to our concerns and more importantly treated my teen as the patient versus directing every question at the parent. We were in and out of Complete Care with 30mins. Which shows that our time is just important as theirs. If I would have taken her anywhere else we’d still be waiting lol.
Again, thank you to the staff for excellent care.

Was feeling extremely bad to day and was denied svcs for not having co-pay, even though i have one of the best insurance fromwork, had to drive to Mission Trails ER, i had 199/130 BP pains to right side of body were was bad, very dangerous possible stroke waiting to happen, was Mission Trails taken in treated with me priority care, no wait no paperwork just straight did their job, So if you're Dying don't come here unless you have money your pocket, cause apparently money means more to them than your Health
