Dr. Bakhos -Webb was helpful and thorough. Good preventative care visit (so I didn't have to pay extra for company insurance)

Everything was great until my appointment today where I was told I had a past due balance with them from a previous appointment I pulled my account and showed the payment had been made and the response I got back was “that doesn’t tell me anything” still wanting to charge the amount I had already paid. If I could only give that kind of treatment 0 stars I would but unfortunately it only lets me give 1 star. Dr. Mickey was great though I wish it would have worked out. I will be looking for another office after this though.

Called to make an appointment and I swear on my life the woman on the other end said “we only see SICK patients in the morning” lady, this is a doctors office! Is everyone you see not SICK? She was so rude and kept talking over me. Didn’t know what to say besides “uhhh, ok” first and last interaction with this office!

They are very busy and several of the ladies are doing their best, but the attitudes are snootiness is absolutely unbearable.

Dr. Webb is absolutely the best and I trust her completely. She and her nurse partner are compassionate and caring always. Front desk still needs training in patient interaction. I can imagine how many calls come thru but you should LISTEN and try to diffuse and not hang up. Try and imagine what the other person might be feeling (scared, anxious, etc.). You are the front line and very important.

I am treated with the upmost respect and care when seeing the dr. The staff are friendly and caring towards all the patients.

I came in because of something serious, 3 weeks ago I had a visit with my doctor. Paid for the office visit, right off. Had a tetanus shot give to me. Thats it. Ask if I had to pay extra for the shot, was told it was included. Today I went in and was told I owe 167 dollars for the shot, and if you have insurance this is why it's high

Dr. Webb is truly the best PCP I’ve had. I’ve gone to quite a few doctors since I’ve moved to midland and I am so happy I found Dr. Webb. She has caught more in the few months I’ve gone to her then the rest have in years. Highly recommend her. She truly cares about her patients, never rushes and listens to all of your questions & concerns

If I could give 5 thousand stars I would because Dr. Webb and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable. The first initial phone call to make an appointment was easy and I got an appointment extremely quick. The front desk receptionist was cheerful and polite. The nurses were so kind and helpful and Dr. Webb was absolutely perfect. She answered every question I had, She explained everything so well, and made sure I understood. I am so happy and pleased I choose Dr. Webb and her staff! Wonderful practice with wonderful people!

This is my first negative review ever. The receptionists is extremely RUDE! If it wasn’t for Dr. Vicky, I would never come back here!

The wait time is long I had to wait for almost 2.5 hours. And tot top it off I stepped outside tonearm up because this clinic is very cold which I thought I heard my name from the door so i went in and asked if they had called me and they said they did and it still took them another 30 mins to call me back again
