Nice network of offices in the Houston Area. The doctors and staff I've encountered have all been helpful and nice. The office experience was quick and easy.

Parking is in the rear. There are a few reserved spots but parking is tight.

Dr Megan S saved my life after seeing 5 other doctors and 75 blood tests and no answers I was in severe pain as soon as Dr Megan saw me she knew what was wrong and in 5 minutes after examination she was spot on. I was in such pain from skin and joints that was August 2020 just 2 weeks after my wife died, the physical & emotional pain was a 9.5 on the F Me scale and Dr Megan saved my life. Went here for 1st time about 3 months ago for a full body cancer check. Doctor was very friendly and informative throughout screening. I’m light skinned with freckles and have family history of skin cancer so to have her throughly explain and point out areas of concern (and areas which were fine) was greatly appreciated. Instead of cutting out one area of concern (cancer) she suggested a prescription ointment. I highly recommend coming here for annual body cancer screenings! Felt completely at ease, doctor super informative, did not push for added treatments/ procedures, and staff beyond friendly. Top notch place!

Really enjoyed them in the past. Took off two stars bc I have a skin condition and needed some medication. She gave me a sample to try and I finally used it up. They are trying to force me to schedule an appointment so they can tell me I still have it. MONEY GRAB! I won't be back.

I can't say enough about the bedside manner I've received at Complete Dermatology! Dr Schlichte and Dr Hau are amazing professionals and as friendly as can be. They answer all your questions and concerns without making you feel uncomfortable for asking. I highly recommend this office for all your dermatology needs.

Dr. Megan Schlichte is such an amazing dermatologist. My skin has drastically improved since I started seeing her. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical. All of my visits have been very efficient and I do not spend much time waiting once in the room. I know physicians only have a set amount of time per visit and I appreciate how well she answers all of my questions in that time.

Dr. Schlichte is excellent. She did an excellent job communicating my options to me, and her treatment was thorough and on point. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Simply put, the best dermatology clinic in town. Their doctors are the best & their service is great.

On the plus side, Dr. Schlicte was very professional, knowledgeable, and forthright in answering my medical questions. She was kind, gentle and respectful in her examinations and treatment. Her treatment turned out very well. I can recommend her unhesitatingly and would consider going back. I’m glad that I consulted her. She also addressed the problems that I describe below, with me openly and with sympathy, but they are still a feature of the office.
On the downside, the office impressed me as disorganized, high-handed and disrespectful. I was asked to provide the same information three or four times and told that they don’t have access to the email address listed on the website. The assistant’s instructions were different from what the doctor told me later. There is no phone number that I could find on the website, and I had to go to Google to find one; the website only offers an email (that the staff in the office say that they cannot access) and a button for online appointments — no way to contact your doctor. The staff person who sent in my prescriptions decided to send one to another pharmacy, other than the one that I use because she had a coupon for the medicine. The pharmacy that she chose has a bad reputation locally, and I have absolutely no desire to drive 22 miles from one pharmacy to another because some staff person decided to pick a pharmacy for me. Another staff member accessed my medication records online without my permission. All in all, not a place that I would trust with my medical information or with any problem that was urgent.

Was running late to my appointment because of the Train I called to notify and was put on hold for 10 minutes without a reply. I get to the office and sign in and wait for 39 minutes as people who come in after me are called in. I approach the front desk and get told the doctor will see me when she can because they have to work me back in. No communication and blatant waste of time not a care for other peoples time.
