When I walked in, I was greeted professionally by Sandra. The atmosphere was phenomenal, very soothing and very professional. I would recommend highly for anyone who has a need for medical supplies, their endeavors they were kind and gentle and patient. Professional, and very calm, and I would recommend whoever is in the white house to come and get their supplies!

I came to look for a portable oxygen concentrator and was referred to this place by Safeway Medical Supply. Safeway used to have an Oxygo machine for $2,189 but it has been on national back order for a long time so they don’t sell it anymore. They told me to come here and they should have one and the price shouldn’t be more than $2,189 because it’s an old model. THEY HAD THE OXYGO MACHINE FOR $2,499 PLUS TAXES WHICH WOULDVE TOTALED TO $2,706! I asked them if that was the lowest price and Maria was very rude and arrogant and didn’t want to answer any of our questions. Wouldn’t recommend! They’re trying to take advantage of people’s sickness just to make a quick buck… speaks a lot about the owners

I needed a wheelchair for Disney at the last minute during spring break. There were none to be found in the Disney area. Not only did this company have the most affordable rates, but they had some in stock for pickup the same day. It traveled from Houston to Los Angeles extremely well. They are friendly, efficient and highly recommended. Their product was the happiest wheels on earth while I was there. Thank you for saving my feet!

Great experience! Honest staff and helpful explanations for items I didn’t know about. Pricing is also more reasonable compared to other places I’ve seen in Houston. They also have a good variety of medical supplies ranging from compression socks to oxygen for dogs. Will be back if anything else comes up!
