Needed to have flat sections of my roof replaced. I called several contractors and it was hell. Half of them wouldn't show up for estimates and the ones that would seemed as though they would give us an outrageous quote. First they told me that the whole job would be paid for by my insurance company then I got a bill for $10000. Then during the job they dropped an exhaust pipe through my ceiling and damaged my master shower. They also broke a support beam above my garage. They fixed the broken support by tonailing a couple of of nails into an adjacent beam instead of properly repairing it I have cracks in my ceiling that weren't there before. A few months later when it finally rained the true test for a roofing company. I had leaks with water dripp I ng through my sheetrock ceiling in the house and in the garage I called them up and they sent a guy over who cut a whole around the soft sheetrock to let the water out and repaired the sheet rock and painted it. This did nothing to fix the leak only the damage caused by the leak so the next time it rained I had the same problem again. Finally they fixed the horrible leaky roof they had installed.
