Office staff told me that are too busy to call my insurance company for a script I have been waiting for over four weeks. Isn’t it your job to call the insurance company? !

I just went for my first consultation visit this morning and I'm very excited about the information I learned. I learned more in one office visit than I have in years of wearing a CPAP every night and talking with a doctor at the VA for years. I'm really looking forward to continuing this process. Maggie is the "BEST"

Expect excellent care at this facility. An actually hands on assessment. I was blown away by the approach of total care given to me. I was interviewed, assessed and given a plan of care and not in 15 minutes! Plan on spending an hour to an hour and a half because they take your health seriously.

Jenta is amazing. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. My sleep technician was very knowledgeable as well.

Great staff, they took very good care of me! Very knowledgeable and most definitely thorough.

Very unaccommodating. Seems all they care about is telling you how it's going to be & taking your money. I didn't feel like they cared about my wellbeing at all.

Had my first visit and everyone was kind and helpful and seemed genuinely concerned for my positive results with my new inspire implant. Very pleased with the service I received.

I have the inspire implant and Maggie and Dr Simmons have been very thorough as I get the device adjusted, they listen and have helped me to getting much better quality sleep, highly recommended!

I have gone here for about 15 years and I have had such a wonderful experience! I see Maggie. She is so kind, takes her time with me and always knows how to help. All of the employees are very kind and helpful too!

Update: Comprehensive Sleep Medicine has since contacted me and taken care of the incorrect bill.

My experience with Comprehensive Sleep Medicine has been extremely disappointing. Before my first appointment I asked them to check and double check my insurance and they confirmed the out-of-pocket portion for my sleep study and promised it would not be higher.

After my study Dr. Simmons gave me my results over zoom from his house and told me the results weren’t conclusive but he wanted me to get a CPAP machine. I then received the bill which was $600 higher than what I was told before my appointment. I continued to call them to work through the outstanding bill and was continually told they were working on it.

My initial consultation with Maggie at The Woodlands office was convenient and informative today. She did a thorough review and set up my sleep evaluation promptly and professionally. In addition, the entire office staff provided immediate follow up to schedule my upcoming evaluations. I feel well cared for and would recommend this office to anyone requiring a Sleep Study evaluation and ongoing professional management. Thank you Maggie and staff!

Krystyl McGuire is one of the best medical professionals I've ever had. She is attentive to my care, knowledgeable in her field, makes me feel heard. She has also taken me from feeling like I'm managing symptoms of Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH), to feeling like I'm actually treating the IH. She helped solidify my diagnosis, walked me through the next steps, and knew what was happening on the leading edge of therapy for this disorder. I had been looking for a compassionate care provider who would help me understand and treat my issue, and I absolutely found that in Mrs. McGuire, she is fabulous and I couldn't be happier.

They are very nice and respectful. They explain in detail what to expect and take good care of you. When giving the results of your sleep study they explain it to where you really can understand. Thank you all for your kindness. But wait I forgot need coffee for those that wake up to it lol.

The office staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. But what really blew me away was when there was an issue with my insurance coverage, the doctor himself, Dr. Jerald Simmons, M. D.personally spent a solid ten minutes with the front staff working on my behalf to make sure that I was taken care of! Having been in the medical field myself for nearly 2 decades I've never witnessed that kind of service before. Usually doctors with their busy schedules do not have time nor do they spend that kind of time on things like that. Also he is very pragmatic anda didn't try to "upsell" me on equipment that wasn't necessary. In fact he told me that given my particular situation I did not need to upgrade. I truly appreciate that kind of honesty in a doctor!
I highly recommend this office. I look forward to continued medical assistance from this establishment. Oh and the front desk young lady was so knowledgeable and seemed like she had been doing her job for years when in fact she was fairly new. Overall great experience.

This review is to acknowledge the CSMA clinic for providing me service. Big shout out to Ms. Weir! If my doctors and all healthcare system would have been at least 50% like her, my opinion about medical services would have change completely. She was kind, compassionate and very professional at the same time. Surprisingly she was not the only one like that in the team. But like I tell everyone, even tho they are providing a vital service to the community, they also have a life to attend to and things to go through like the rest of us. But in the overall experience I had at CSMA, the good was so much good quality that I didn't mind for the small details. My experience was VERY nice. Thank you!
