Computer and Cell Phone Inc Repair, Lewisville TX

My cell phone charging port failed. I went there at 10: 00 AM on Saturday. In 10 minutes it was diagnosed in need of replacement but did not have part. Told me he would check locally to find one and to call back at 2: 00 PM. Called at 2: 10 PM. Phone was repaired and ready for pickup. 2: 30 PM paid and out the door. Awesome!

Took the time to look for a part for my son's laptop on a busy day. Fantastic customer service!

Samsung phone battery swollen. Replaced the battery in less than 24 hrs, as promised. Did what he said he would do in the time he said he would do it. Rare these days.

Highly recommend this place for fast, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Brought in my laptop a couple of weeks ago for a virus scan and it turned out it was infected. The process was painless and reasonably priced. It's a good feeling to know there's a trusted and local place where I can bring in my electronics for repair.

Remarkable service! Took my laptop in for couple of very minor issues. Mohommad was incredibly patient and helpful, walked me through what the issues were, talked to me (someone tech-deficient) in plain-speak, and had me out of there in no time!
I live in Florida and am visiting family here (working vacation), so it was crucial that I had my laptop in working order while I'm out of town. Would definitely return!

They will sell something and then when there is a problem with it they will sell the product to someone else who is not savy. They will have the same problem and not know it.

Fantastic experience at this shop! I was panicking a bit because my laptop's hard drive died and the cloud backup service I had been using wasn't working right and hadn't backed up my data in months. I thought I had probably lost all of my documents and photos, and online services I was finding were charging many hundreds or even thousands of dollars for data retrieval. But the owner here was able to retrieve everything - he saved all of my data and installed a new hard drive for a very reasonable cost. And everyone I spoke with here was friendly, courteous, and professional. I am so grateful for the excellent service from Computer and Cell Phone Inc!

I took my old Samsung S7 in to a different shop have the screen replaced so I could have my data tansferred to a new phone. I was told by that repair shop they couldn't do it, they said, "Take it to Computer and Cell Phone Inc. Repair, they can fix anything. " So, I did. They replaced the screen but the phone wouldn't hold a charge so they replaced the battery but that didn't fix it either. They needed a chip that was no longer available so they called Samsung and found one there. They fixed my very old phone and only charged me for the screen and battery! I thought customer service like this was a thing of the past, I'm so glad to know it's not! They went waaaay above and beyond for me and I deeply appreciate it.

Quick, efficient. After being on the phone with the IT helpdesk for an hour trying to get my laptop working, I brought it here and it was fixed in five minutes - amazing!
