I’ve been buying my computers, and laptops from here for years. The last 2 have been nothing but duds! The one I just bought barely work. It’s like they bought it and sold it to me without fixing anything. I’m so disappointed! I’ll never buy anything from them again!
Very good service. Two of my laptops got fixed for a reasonable price. One had a water damage and they got it fixed same day. Highly recommended.

After a bad experience at micro center we decided to come here. Dropped off a new case and some fans for a rebuild. We had high hopes. Dropped off on a Saturday and was ready by Thursday. We go pick up my boyfriends computer and it did not even have the right stuff inside of my boyfriends computer. And his equipment was on top of another persons computer. We told him that is ours and he put the wrong stuff in. He says no you’re wrong another customer brought that in. So another employee asks us what’s wrong and we tell him, he checks the camera footage and says oh yeah you’re right I don’t know how that happened. No one apologized or anything for the inconvenience. It’s one thing to make a mistake but to have terrible customer service on top of that is horrible. We called before closing and ask when it will be done, he says there’s a couple people ahead of you so probably Monday. We drive up there and go inside, no one even acknowledged us at all when we walk in and try to figure out what’s going on. Please don’t come here unless you like terrible customer service and someone else’s stuff in your computer
