Compuzone- Apple Authorized Reseller and Authorized Service Provider, Austin TX

Brought my MacBook Pro 14’’ on Friday morning and got it back fixed on the next business day. I was unsure whether they could repair the laptop after water damage, but it works perfectly now! Their repair prices are reasonably moderate, and I will definitely use their services next time! Unfortunately, they do not repair iPads, but it was not a big deal for me.

I am rating this store 5 stars for the fact that every single review I've read has indicated to me they do a stellar job, communicate effectively, and run a business. I read enough one star "reviews" that seemed to me to have been written by a slightly or completely hypocritical author. The "customers" (the Lone Rangers) mentioning a failure for accountability seemed to leave out material facts or even make outright material misrepresentations. Seeing as the business has a lot to lose, I doubt they'd lie on a platform like this. Which leads me to suspect.some customers suck. Some businesses (at times) (might feel as if they suck from a customers perspective if not imperspective enough to detect their contribution to their own self sabatage) but any businesses do suck arent around long unless they have a monopoly backed by a silly government, and these folk seem to be awesome. I hope these folk blow past my expectations in a good way, and I get the feeling they won't disappoint. I'll hand over my gear as soon as my eggs are done, and they're open. Going downtown. Yeah.

The tech was not helpful in the slightest, almost rude, and was very dismissive. I had to pry him for information.

I made a same day appointment through the Apple website. They were timely, able to fix same-day, and help me purchase a variety of other products. Very friendly, professional, and I will happily go back to support this retailer versus going directly to the Apple store!

I brought my iPhone in after some mysterious battery issues. They were quick, friendly, and very helpful. I ended up not using their services and doing a trade-in through my carrier instead (due to factors completely unrelated to CompuZone), but I'll definitely go here if I have other problems in the future. I'd highly recommend CompuZone if you need something done for your iPhone.

I always come here to get a device fixed I always leave satisfied never disappointed! I always find an appointment available same day.

If you have AppleCare+/warranty and need to replace or fix your iPhone come here instead of BestBuy! I didn’t have to schedule an appointment and the replacement came the next day!

Brought in a 2014 MacBook that I couldn’t migrate over to a new one. They were so professional, kind, and helpful. They completely finished the full data migration in about 4 hours on Saturday, with no appointment. Definitely come here!

Came in because my phone would not power on. They were able to fix it within 5 minutes of me being in there. Great customer service and product knowledge.

Very friendly and helpful. Excellent appointment available. I needed a same-day repair which they couldn’t do in my case (requiring a specific spare part) but they suggested a number of alternatives to try to help me out.

Two experiences:

1.fixed my iphone battery in 2 hours or so. No problem there

2. I had a warranty on my aipods. After returning home with the case, I realized they did not give me any ear tips for the airpods, and case was disgusting. I gave them a clean case and what they gave me had disgusting ear wax on them. (see picture)

I call them to tell them that they never gave me ear tips. They blame someone else, and never apologized until I asked them to over the phone.

I return to the store, they give me eartips that are disgusting as well. They have hair and ear wax on them. They blame someone else.

The lack of customer service and common sense to apologize is frustrating. The lack of common sense to CLEAN the products covered in ear wax and hair is infuriating.

I will never come here again. If you're reading this please just go to an Apple Store.
