Concentra Urgent Care, Austin TX

Went to Concentra for a drug test, upon arrival I was greeted and the lead receptionist was awesome with great customer service. As for the nurse (Alexis) had a great attitude and amazing customer service.

Dr. Yang continues to insist that I can walk at work because I walked into the appt. Even though I have repeatedly told him that I cannot walk or atand for an extended amount of time. I believe he is working for my employer, since it is a workers comp claim, rather than trying to help me get better.

Very nice people. Got my dot done and very professional and they let you know what the wait time will be before you wait there to long.

I had to wait an hour and a half for a work drug screen even with proper documentation from my employer. There were several people that arrived after myself that were seen within 30 minutes. Awful, would not come ever again.

CONCERTA REALLY SHOWED THAT THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. AWESOME LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO THEIR FACILITY!

It was pretty quick process for me to do my DOT there, lot info you fill out online. They were pretty quick with most of the process as much as they can be and is very clear on what needs be done. It’s doctors office so like always depending on what you do it’s not quick process hee. Staff was friendly and doctor was quick

Everyone there were professional and good naturated. They seemed to like working there. Everything was efficient and fast. Was there for a DOT physical and it went smoothly.

My physical assessment test was prompt and smooth. The medical personnel were professionals, courteous and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the fact that the Hispanic male at the check in desk kept my driver's License and caused for me to be without it for a day. That caused inconvenience.

I was told from the beginning about the length of time I would be looking at. The waiting area was nice & clean. The staff was super friendly & helpful

My visit went by quick even though there were a few people in there. I was helped by Barry. He was very polite and friendly with me.

I went in with a respiratory infection, congested, coughing, fever. The doctor would not get within feet of me, he looked at my throat from a distance, did not look at my ears at all, did not listen to my chest. 5 days later, still running a fever, I went to a doctor who actually cared enough to get me well from a really bad case of Bronchitis. I would not recommend this facility.

Got there right at 8 and got taken Care of quickly company hadn't sent my docs yet but they were awesome and called for me to get what they needed everyone was store helpful and friendly from the front office staff to the doctor.

The Dr.obviously didn’t read my medical sheet that stated I had a pre existing heart condition. She write a note telling me to get Sudafed and a nasal decongestant. 2 days later I had a heart attack and ended up in ER from the decongestants.

I arrived just before closing time due to heavy traffic, and they were polite and quick to get me in and out.

I had a TB test done for a job. The procedure all together took maybe 5 minutes? But the wait to have it done was closer to 40. And there were maybe 3 ppl ahead of me when I arrived. Always give yourself extra time off your going here cause you never know! Can't rush medical.

Had a great experience with bob just a bit disapointed with the final results of me still in pain.concernd with going back to work and not being able to perform.still waiting on call if possible MRI maybe needed to insure no further damage exist in my knee.

Fast, friendly and convenient! Outstanding Customer Service skills! Professional staff! Lovely decor and welcoming environment. Highly recommended.
