Unless you don't care which doctor sees you don't let yourself get seen by Enrique Porras. The worst doctor ever! He is a company doctor and doesn't care for his patients. He will tell you what you want to hear and turn around and write something completely different, he should just retire. I repeat, worst doctor ever!

Went in for a drug screen and a physical, the staff was so helpful. I was checked in by the girl with the nice eyes and lashes I think her name was Lidia she had a lot of patients to help and she help us all out so easily! She even gave me my check out paper work too!
Definitely will be back! Awesome!

Came here when I was sick. The front end staff was rude and didn't seem like they could be bothered to help anyone out.
Specifically asked to forego the flu test because I felt my infection was bacterial in nature and I didnt want to pay for an unnecessary test. I was assured I would not be charged anymore than my initial copay for the flu tests by the nurse. Just received a $90 bill in the mail for TWO different flu tests. Will not return here and will be opening up a complaint with the BBB.

Everything was great, I went in for a pre employment urine drug test and the medical assistant didn’t wear gloves throughout the whole process which was kind of gross. Other than that everyone was awesome!

Very friendly staff that is eager to make your visit quick with no nonsense. While I was there doing my fitness exam and while I was feeling a bit nervous the staff made me feel comfortable and I aced it!

I waited 4hours for a DOT exam, 3.5 in waiting room then another. 5 in exam room. But the worse was having to scroll 44years of months one month at a time to fill out the date of birth for the required online form.

Two hours and still waiting to see the doctor. Please make an appointment prior coming, they take other people first (antidoping) then when they are done it's your turn.

I went on a Saturday morning and was quickly in less than an hour. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The only drawback was that the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy.

I was the second person to sign in at 8: 00 am for a simple physical. I waited in the room for the Doctor for 1 1/2 hours! I left at just past 11: 00am.

They don't pay attention when they put you on physical therapy. They cancelled 3 appointments and never called me back to let me know. They don't care at all about their customers health.they only care about the company's money.

Doctor change my registration with out even seeing if I was better or anything I should have been checked before any charges where made then when I asked if i can be seen to make sure that the restrictions she change was safe and ok for me to follow they said no. I talk to the doctor to see why the restrictions were changed it was because my company kept calling and saying my shift was 10 hours not 8 I ask if they can be put back to the restrictions and they said no the doctor has to see your first ok if that's the case why was there changes made with out the doctor checking me they couldn't answer my question.the doctor change them did not inform me of the changes made I asked the doctor and a few days prior of my job calling and asking for me to work more hours I had ask the doctor to up my hours so I can be at work longer me they told me no that the doctor has to see me first but when my job calls the doctor changed them so I kept asking to be seen to make sure I was ok to work more they kept saying they won't see me until my appointment I told them I was in pain they still said no my job had to say for me to go for them to except me! Then when I get there they give attitude in the front. The therapy is the only part of the doctors office that helps

The first time I went on 12/9/19 the staff was great. The second time I went 12/21/19 the staff at front was so rude and professional. They were very rude to me and laughing in my faces for no reason. One of girls told me to clam for no reason and I didn't even raise my voice and other one laughing in my face. This second visit could have been avoided if doctor would just given correct medication the first time. I felt my insurance was being taken advantage of.

I was very satisfied with the location, the building, the personnel, quick service. I went for employment requirements, a drug test TB testing and flu shot. I received the results via email within a few hours. I was in and out of the building quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful. Very, very satisfied!

For an unknown reason everyone that goes in for a physical is told they have Sleep apnea and once this is on your record you’re stuck with this for life. Go somewhere else for your physical

Over a 3 hour waiting time is ridiculous. They need a better system. Unfortunately this is the only urgent care covered by the insurance. The staff was nice but it doesn’t make up for the waiting time.

The staff is friendly, but what makes this rating a 2 is that I spent 4 hours waiting. I had already paid at the front desk, therefore I made myself stay until I was seen.

I was satisfied with medical attention I recieved during my visit and follow up. The waiting time was minimal the doctor was knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis and subsequent care
