Concentra Urgent Care, Addison TX

The Dr.was fantastic. The front desk lady, an older Hispanic female who wears her hair in a bun, is a whole other story.well, unless you are hispanic. She is very rude with very little patience
or compassion. Her rudeness is the only reason I am scoring this so poorly.

My visit was good. My first impression was not the best, I know I was there at the end of the day but your your staff is the face of the company and let’s just say it can be better. First impressions are everything. When I left it was better. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic and polite. He was all business but that’s what you want.

I was told to fax papers from cardiologist in Houston to obtain my DOT card and my Dr.faxed them within 2 days of my visit and the staff tolthey would would call me and never did so I followed up and came in the office Friday 1/21/23 and was told there here and the clerk frowned and said nothing. So I asked what's next can I get my card and she says the Dr haven't signed off yet, so I asked since I'm here in the office can he be reached she said no it takes 24-48 hrs for him to sign off. It's now Monday the 23rd and still no call or text as of yet.

The wait time was alittle long for just coming for fit test and urine drug screening for job I was there 2 hours or more and there were only 4 people ahead of me

I came in last minute and the ladies at the front desk were nothing but nice. They didn’t make me feel rushed or gave any attitude and I greatly appreciate that. The waiting room is very clean and the Medical assistants in the back explain everything step by step. Great experience! Thank you Ladies! I highly recommend this Urgent care!

The Addison location is clean and the staff gets you in and out of there. Thats all that matters to me. Thankyou to all who works to make my experience pleasant.

I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff, from the person who I spoke with to make my appointment to the doctor I was treated exceptionally well.

Nurses and the Doctor are very good at what the do the only inconvenience is that the wait to be seen is a little too long.

My first (and hopefully last time) dealing with a work-related injury. This clinic has made the process very smooth and efficient. The case was submitted to work comp insurance quickly. The check-in/out process was easy. The two nurses I’ve had were kind. And Dr K is very friendly and accommodating. Info given to my employee health dept was prompt. I’m thankful this process has been easy.

They misplaced my file and I had to wait for almost 2 hours before it was my turn. The problem is, I kept on telling the receptionist that all these people going in, came after I did. Unfortunately, nobody, paid attention
until it was obvious they have messed up.

From calling in making an appointment to check out, everyone was professional and polite. The center was clean and there was a very short wait time.

The staff there at Concentra we're very helpful and kind to me. From the time I walked in until the time I left was only about 20 minutes, if that! I highly recommend Concentra for all of your healthcare needs! Like I said before, they were amazing!

I allowed them to cut a large chunk out of my hair for a job and they messed up the sample. I will not allow them to cut my hair ever again. They do not know what they are doing. Go to them with the understanding that you will have to have your hair cut multiple times as they are incompetent.

Location has low staff or something 3plus wait time also they may try to scare u away with the wait time so could be less
