Concentra Urgent Care, Austin TX

My son went yesterday and knew he had strep coming on because he gets a couple of times a year. Mind you we are visiting we are from VA. The Dr would not give him a antibiotic! - We got back to hotel and his ear was actually bleeding! They did nothing for him and charged him $100 bucks

Staffs are nice but wait time is too long. My test only took 15 minutes to complete but I waited for almost 3 hours.

Convenient location, the staff were efficient and pleasant. The facility was not crowded or overbooked.

Everyone was great and helpful. Also patient with me. I greatly appreciate everyone. Even though I was a walk in they got me in and out. Thanks guys!

Always have to wait. Took 3.5 hours from start to finish. I had to go to Concentra, as my employer contracts with them.

Clean facility, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Easy parking as well.

Disheveled atmosphere, rude staff. My friend went in and asked if they could treat a torn muscle, was told yes. I walked (painfully) in, was refused a crutch or and help. They had me fill out paperwork, then told me to go to the ER. Do not recommend getting care here.

The Staff was friendly and accommodating. Luckily I was the only patient when I went in for my pre employment drug screen.

Process was quick, painless, and non intrusive. If your job makes you do one and you have anxiety about it, definitely visit these guys they are great.

Friendly and attentive front desk staff.m at the S Lamar location. This seems to be ‘infectious’ throughout the entire office as everyone I encountered was courteous, profession, and pleasant to be around.

Took my paperwork and they knew what to do. I went in for immunizations as a requirement for a job. I didn't wait too long. The people were polite and professional. The immunizations were given with a high degree of professionalism. High praise to the staff at Concentra!

This place was amazing. Walked in and walked out with my x-rays in an hour and a half! Doctor was very kind and took the time to work with me. Fast and efficient

Very friendly and professional staff. They don't waste your time with super long waiting times. I was real early to an appointment so I got to witness the speed at which they operate. Very professional and clean clinic.

Medical staff was very helpful and very courteous. I was in and out in no time. I was not in any rush. But getting done quickly made things much better. Thank you for all your help even through the sign in.

I went to Concentra to be seen for a workman’s comp injury. They gave an accurate wait time upon check-in which was helpful. I was able to see the doctor, fill my prescription next door at the pharmacy and have a physical therapy eval all within my first visit. They handled all communication with the claim adjuster assigned to my case and worked quickly and efficiently to get me set up with future physical therapy appointments. Every aspect of my care has been handled in a professional manner.

First, Dr. K. Knaus prescribed me a pain killer and muscle relaxer for a concussion. She also was not truthful to my school district about what she'd shared with me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State against her because her incompetence could have killed me. Then, I had to go to the ER to be examined as she didn't touch me and seemed more concerned about it being time to go home. She was supposed to have her secretary email me a doctors note for Friday and Monday.at least that's what she told me she was going to do. Further she told membro come back Monday so that she could thoroughly examine me. I will never go to a Concentra again and will warn others not to go.

Very long wait for entirely administrative reasons, I watched at least a dozen people who arrived after me, be seen before me. Medical treatment was swift and effective when I could access it.

Concentra on s. Lamar and s. I-35 has the sharpest staff imaginable. They remember names, times, and reasons for coming without checking the computer. The Tv in the waiting area is tuned to fun baking shows. Everyone is smiling and helpful. The PT staff, especially Gerry, is welcoming, professional and proficient.

Ridiculous amount of time to get checked in and they don't have a clue on what they are doing.
Maybe the front desk staff is new? She just couldn't get me checked in without assistance. (Took her like 45 minutes and she kept doing it wrong)
For the lab work they couldn't find my veins (never had this problem before)
