Concentra Urgent Care, Houston TX

Quick and efficient. I was able to register online, which made check in a breeze. I waited under 5 minutes for my screen. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Wait time is ridiculous, i went there to do a physical and i waited for 3 hours just to see a Dr because apparently there was only 2 doctors working! How do you have an Urgent care with only 2 doctors? When i actually went back to take my bp and others i was told i have to wait another hour to see the doctor because he’s on lunch i got there at 1: 30 pm and didn’t left until 5: 15 pm just for a regular physical!

I had to do a dot physical exam and to be honest that was the worst experience I had in my entire life will doing this cain of exams. I got there around 9: 30am and got out around 5: 00pm and the worst part about it is that there weren’t to many people there cause I got in like around 9: 45am but they toked forever to do the exams will it shouldn’t take more than 30 to 45 minutes at the most. All this was my own personal experience you can take it or leave it it’s up to you.

The staff was friendly. The clinic was clean. The parking was good. My actual physical therapist was a bit unfriendly. He never offered water/ snacks that were available. Seem to be preoccupied. Was.more interested in getting the physical therapy time, over and done with.

I went on a Saturday and the staff was super friendly and quick I was only there a little over an hour which I thought was great because I was a walk in. Loved this location

The physician showed zero compassion and a terrible bedside manner.i was treated like a drug seeker after i went to be seen for a work related shoulder injury.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, clean and organized facilities. Greatly recommend this Concetra Clinic.

Concentra sent me forms for history etc and I handed prefilled forms as was expected. It was all waste as they required me to re-enter all that information again online.
Although I was the first one to check in for a routine physical, I was the last one to get called for testing.

Fast service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Not a long wait to be seen. Professional in their roles.

Clean, quiet and Jane is unforgettable as well as all the others that I had the pleasure of embracing. They are all compassionate people who really take their position in their field of care with patience. The best place to go when you’re injured. They are part of your healing process. I am grateful.

I must say that my experience at this Concentra has been exceptional, from the first time I called to inquire about an appointment and extended to the front desk and medical staff. They are curtious and professional. Would recommend
And need to mention also that the place is clean and very well maintained.

Very friendly staff at the front desk and The Nurse that did my urine and blood work was very friendly and fast too.it didn't hurt at all the drawing of the blood.in and out in 15 minutes.

I went in for physical the doctor did not sign my physical paper because of a small hernia in my belly button, I have had for over twenty years never has it bothered me and I lost the opportunity for the new job that had lined up very disappointed. He should have noted it on the document and signed it with a notation that I visited a surgeon in the near future for a follow up but since it hadn’t been a bother

Check in was quick. You have to register with a link they send to your phone. I did a DOT they have water for you. The older Hispanic gentleman who collected my sample was friendly and was very knowledgeable about his job he was great.

Got charged full price of $135 even though my insurance is part of their network. Then they charged my insurance after charging me full price. Their service was great but my copay was only supposed to be $75 as per my insurance policy so needless to say I feel scammed and will not consider this location nor any concentra moving forward. Seriously they knew I was using my insurance, they even photocopied it and everything.

Overall i had a decent experience but my arm is still hurting from a week after getting my shots for my new job. I’m not sure if i was supposed to have both shots in one arm or not but i find it odd that I’m still having a lot of pain from a flu shot and tetanus shot. It took almost 2 hours from the time i got there and walked out which is a long time for a physical drug screen 2 shots and blood work.
