Concentra Urgent Care, Corpus Christi TX

People were super nice the reason for 3 stars I waited 2 1/2 hours for a job prescreen! They need to make apps for.this

Receptionist is nice, but the rest of the services are slow. I had to wait over 2 hours DOT physical. Couldn't use the restroom for that reason.

The employees at the Concentra location were kind, compassionate, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. It was a very fast process even considering the amount of patience that were in the day I went. They helped when my screening was not sent to me in the allotted 3 days after having to be sent off to a lab without hesitation. I would give 10 stars if possible

The registration people were excellent and very patient. Unfortunately it took 4 hrs to be seen! I had a drug test scheduled and they would not take my sample until I was called back. I was forced to gamble between using the bathroom or holding it in. Twice I had to succumbed and go to the bathroom. Additionally, the nurse performing all required assessments looked bored and uninterested in making visit pleasant. The attending physician was pleasant and professional. The icing on the cake, is that I was refused my results. I asked about accessing MY medical information through a portal or email. I was told, “no because employers don’t want to pay and have you go elsewhere”. The most ridiculous response I have ever heard. This is MY health information and under HIPAA must be given access to it. Lots of improvement needed on customer service for everyone other than front desk.

I cannot even express how amazing the receptionist Ms. Carla Kennard is! Very friendly and welcoming, professional and makes you feel welcome! All the staff were amazing! Friendly, great customer service, very attentive! They get you in and out, highly recommend! And thank you to Ms. Carla for making my day! You truly are an amazing soul!

The staff at the front desk are pleasant to work with and the wait time is next to nothing. And it smells great when you walk in!

I arrived mid morning on Friday and it was already packed! I checked in and before you know I was in the back being seen! They are friendly

The guy was very rude as soon as I came in he was annoyed that I arrived right when they were about to close the girl who took me to the back for my drug and alcohol test look like she was in a bad mood too the guy who checked me in had his golf clubs and was just thinking about going golfing.

Concentra a joke with fake doctors your doctors lied to my face said I wouldn't need surgery on my shoulder saying I would be healed in 6 to 8 weeks. Then saw a real doctor and they said yes u need surgery. They said concentra should have never told u that u don't need surgery. Concentra your lucky I'm not sueing you for false information.

Terrible service. Was greeted by a rude and upset front office lady. The collector for specimens misread what test I was going for and was going to bill my company for other services not asked for. Don’t recommend this company. Try labcorp or any other agency.

Great friendly professional staff with great attitudes. Prompt attention was given as soon as I walked concerning my swollen hand after receiving a wasp sting. Definitely 5 stars in my opinion.

Everyone at concentra are great.the the ladies and guys at front when you come in are so nice.the ladies in the back are great, with very nice doctors too.i enjoy coming there.i wish I could have them as my family doctor. Ya'll are great thank you so much.

There was an older African American Woman at front desk right when u walk in, she was the nicest, sweetest most helpful woman I ever met. Informative and patient and the lady that did my test not sure what her name was but she was also very informative up beat and kind. All in all I would have to say very good visit. ️️️️️

When I arrived I had to wait, there was a number of exchanges and once vack to do my ua, the manager seemed a little off, and had problems with the test. His attitude did not seem very inviting and I did not feel like I had any importance.

Misspelled my name, check in took too long. Assuming all people have smart phones to receive text messages to check into there to be seen. Then to have to still fill out paperwork after they spelt my name wrong. Then I had to ask multiple time to get my chest X-ray done. They finally did the X-ray. The people may be friendly and all but the service was not very good at all.

I am from out of town and needed a urgent care. I choose the wrong one. Front desk ladies nice but couldn’t tell me how long for walk-ins. 3 hours later I walked out and went to a different care facility. Do not go here as a walk in. Took an hour just to get me checked in and the doc arrived at 9: 15 to start. Why open at 8am?

The girls in the front amazing they were busy and still answered questioned I needed. The gentleman in the back who walked me thru my first time screening was awesome as well answered all my questions and made the process smooth. Thank you again for all y’all do
