Very professional, courteous, and considerate front-office and nursing staff. Doctor was quick, to-the-point without being curt. Great experience.

I came here about 8 am but the front desk the long hair lady has a big attitude and she make me wait for 2 hours and so I just came here for a drug test

Dr. Siyani is a wonderful doctor. I’ve gone to this office twice this year and both times have received quality care and information.

The place was clean and staff was friendly. Wait time was quick. Technitician was very friendly and gentle.

They put me in a room and basically forgotten about me. I was in there for over 3 freakin hrs. Doctors comes in after that long period of waiting and says nothing about their horrible service. He spends 2/3 mins checking me then leaves. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I always like coming to concentra on valwood they are fast and all the employees there are very respectful and nice and experienced.i will refer a friend there anytime.i can say that all concentras are not the same especally the one on inwood and I - H 35.i wouldnt dare go there if they paid me.they are to slow and they are very disrespectful ok thanks

The Receptionists were very lovely and professional. I had to come in for a last minute physical and screening, and they did their best to accommodate me. They kept me well fed while waiting for my name to be called as well, which is always a plus! I screwed up and left my job description at work and had to return a second time, they fed me again️. Sadly I forgot their names because I have the memory of a senior citizen, would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The wait was unbearable. 4hrs I sat and waited to take a DOT physical for a 30min exam.go figure!

Not very friendly! Barely could hear my tech spoke so low! Didn’t have me wash my hands before or after! I had to ask.

Went here for a hearing test and drug test for my employer and it was not a long wait. The friendliness of the front desk associates was awesome. They had snacks and water for your wait but the overall experience was great.

Horrible wait times. Had to go here for a company physical. Waited over 4 hours to be seen by the doctor for not even 5 minutes.

Wow I have taken many drug test thro out my life for different jobs so I know what to expect. But this place by far is the worst, not only do they not know how to respond to important questions they make you feel violated. I went in the rest room to do th UA, & for some reason the temp was off, I don't know why it was but I do know that I was super cold & even the sweat on my noise was cold. Not only that the nurse name COURTNEY was totally rude & way unprofessional, she rushed me to pee & i couldn't even get in the rest room good & get my unbuckle before she started rushing me to come out after 30 seconds in the rest room. An after that I had to retest because the temp was off, so I said ok no problem, but then she said this time you have to drop your pants down below my knees no problem. But when she said that it would be a male nurse in there watching it was cool untile he closed the door & walked in front off me & directly looked & focused in on my gentlies. I felt extremely violated as a person & I felt my ethic rights where violated. This is not a jail are prison & I see from other reviews that this has happened to other people before. So at this time I'm preparing to see what I can do legal about this. Its simple not right. PS CURTIS SIMPSON, if you don't take a stand people well continue to violate you. An there other ways to give drug test. An this happened 1/29/19

The service was great.however waiting time was a bit too long and questionaire was kind of redundant and drawn out.

My visit to concentrate was easy and painless. I went there for my dot physical. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sarah was so amazing very sweet and very professional I look forward to to next year's visi.

Great staff and wonderful doctor! No complaints. Everyone was caring and made sure I was attended to quickly.

Starting with the front desk, ladies are very personable and interested in what you have to say and how you're feeling. Coffee was great! Doctor and staff behind the scenes also interested in what you have to say not just there to get you in and out with a script. Doc explained thoroughly what was wrong, the reason why and sincerely answered a few questions as to how. See ya again!

Was there on a Thursday around 2-3 PM for a job related drug test. I was done in about 20 minutes total, and that includes time for a small amount of paperwork. Staff was friendly, and I would absolutely use this location again if necessary.

The staff is very polite. But the wait times are longer than CityDoc. Also, the facility looks a little worn down. Could use a touch up internally. Otherwise, polite and professional service.
