Concentra Urgent Care, Houston TX

I’ve only been here twice (both within the last 3 months) but the staff is really nice and helpful and Dr. Son is super!

I visit urgent care for a drug screening for my new job the front desk workers were very nice and polite. The worker Who gave me my drug test was also nice and polite and she informed me that my drug screening would be back within an hour.

This by far the slowest place I've ever been. My husband had a 1pm appt and still hasn't been seen. People have came and gone and he still waiting! I kno that different doctors do different things but get yall scheduling routine mastered!

You make appt they call you an hour later. Terrible service everyone appt same time I sat there an hour and a half to see Dr 10 min

The staff was very professional and prompt. The service was top notch, they made me feel real comfortable. I recommend there service to anyone.

Really good place to go they were really attentive and they were very good at informing me how long the wait time would be and the staff was very friendly. Erika was very attentive and compassionate. Definetly will go again.

I'm not sure how this location go such a high rating. I recently had a terrible experience coming in to get my physical. If you plan on coming in and going back to work. Good luck. I came in last Friday and ended up spending 4 hours here and the physical was not completed. The "nurse" who was supposed to draw my blood tried 4 times and was unable to draw my blood, no matter how much he dug the needle into my arm.

No understands the concept of time or being on schedule. They will come and go as they please and will take all the time in the world.

Don't come here, save yourself the headache and go to another location.

I usually don't do this but I had to write about the outstanding service I received. As soon as I came in I was yesterday and everyone was so kind, and attentive. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen and the staff is very friendly. I give this location and the staff 10 stars if I could.

The staff is great the took care of me fast. They all have amazing attitude and are always very helpful

The doctor and most staff appeared polite and professional. However, on last visit my blood pressure was unusually high, when I asked the Med Tech if she could retake it, she said, no. Also the wait is always incredibly long - the initial check in, waiting for the doctor, and waiting to be checked out are all incredibly long everytime I visit Concentra. The checkout clerk is usually brash, but this last visit she was surprisingly kind and apologetic for the long wait.

The staff and Doctors are very awesome. They show care and concern for you and they have patience with you and make sure you understand everything.

The wait is ridiculous. The staff is nice but I was there for 4-5 hours when it should have taken no more than 1.5 hours.

My visit was great. The girls are very patient and helpful. Verónica is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help me with whatever i need. Thank you lladies. Keep up the fantastic job.
