Concentra Urgent Care, Fort Worth TX

My experience at Concentra was one met with non-professionalism which a sole physician can be held responsible for. Immediately, the front office personnel, once I reported the ordeal, I was heard and I was then assigned two other physicians whom have been thoughtful and sincere in addressing my health issue.
The Physical Therapy department has surpassed any expectations I invisioned for myself.
Therapist Flores and his student Chris along with the other Therapist treat people like they are human beings and treat more than the physical recovery process.
I have learned lessons in my lifetime and one very important lesson I had to relearn was focused on in their department. Helping me see and accept within myself, it's ok to fall short or fail. It's getting back up with a strong perseverance to succeed and move forward. Thank you Concentra Team.

They simply do not do schedule appointments even if you are directed there for a specific diagnostic procedure. It is even worse than Texas DPS.

Did my TB test here. No long wait. Courteous and processional service. The assistants were very upbeat. It's nice to go somewhere where the staff is actually happy!

Wasn't very helpful at the front desk when you signed in the lady told me I had paperwork to fill out she gave me a clipboard a pen and some paper work I took it back up to her I waited over an hour for someone to call me back and they never did I had to go up and asked what was going on asked me did I receive a text from the clinic I had not after an hour wait that was very frustrating so then my physical took another hour I was there total of almost 3 hours very disappointing

The staff was highly professional, I was brought to the back very quickly, They made sure my pain was taken care of, and that I understood everything before I left.

My nurse Amanda was the most compassionate, caring, encouraging, and knowledgeable nurse I’ve seen in the last 10 years!

She is a real asset to your business!

My tech was very friendly and even took the time to ask me about myself which meant a lot. Wait time was very short and check in process was very easy

This place is very understaffed with long waiting times to see a doctor or even a Physician’s Assistant. Once you get into a room, it can be an hour or more before a doctor gets in to see you depending on the time of the day. If you care about your time and the visit is not due to Workers Compensation, go to a different place for your medical care. My experiences here have been poor.

Very unprofessional staff. They comment among themselves about patients get done and giggle among selves. They undress you with their look and make feel really uncomfortable. Don’t go here or you will be seen as a peace of meat or abused.

Wait 2 n a half hours for a 20 minute procedure is crazy. There wait time n the staff had the nerve to say 5o after the ordeal do I want to stay a little longer with them as if I didn't have other things to attend. I so dislike concentra as a whole due to model of come in an you have a long wait. I guess as long as there getting paid people can wait as long as they want.

One nurse was very rude and very impatient. Another was super sweet. Had to wait at least 45 min to see the doctor. Then another 30 min for the doctor to show in the waiting room. The whole ordeal took 2 hrs for a 5 minute physical. The doctor was very cordial and sincere.

Wait is ridiculous! I got there before they opened and was the 3rd person to sign in. All I needed was a DOT Physical and it took an hour & a half and the actual exam was less then 10 minuets. There was absolutely no need for the long wait.

Taking my dad to physical therapy. We have never been here so we weren't sure if we waited or go back where they do physical therapy. I asked what i thought wad a nice lady but she looked at me like i was trash and talked extremely rude to me. I don't know why they have such ugly people working here. I could understand if i was rude asking but WAS NOT. I hope her and her nasty attitude get fired

Meranda is a RUDE person on the phone its obviously she does not like her job she placed me on hold while I was still talking. If you can't handle phone calls don't work there!

I was there for just about 3 hours to get a UA, blood draw and respirator fit test. The people at the front were DEFINITELY ready to.go.home! Maybe the people were new, I don't know, but nothing was simple, it seemed complete chaos. The front desk lady was called back to draw blood.i just left shaking my head swearing I'd never do that again!

Great Staff, very kind and friendly, makes you feel at home. Highly Recommend. When i arrived, it was tons of people their and had to wait for hours, but the staff were very kind and generous even as some patients became upset and frustrated. Great Professionalism and welcoming!

Very poor sevice espect to be there for hours went there for a big cut on my finger and it took over 2 hours to stitch me up next and another hour to give me a prescription. Next day I came for a follow-up to look at my finger and it was another 3 hour wait. This place is a joke.

The nurse who worked up my physical and tests was super pleasant and interactive! The Dr.was friendly too. The 2 hour wait could have been better, if there were maybe 1 or 2 more nurses.

I was waiting for more than 3h for a DOT physical with a appointment, get ready for a long waiting period of time

Customer service was great. Time was not long. The paperwork did not take long at all that was needed. The staff was very helpful and I was out at a reasonable time. Good job guys.
