I was dealing with a driveway that was sinking. They gave a fair bid on the repair, the repair was scheduled for late afternoon, and the repairmen stayed in contact with us (keeping us updated with the expected time of arrival). When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and made sure we were happy with their work and the finished product. I highly recommend them for any driveway repairs.

Michael was very responsive and the work performed was fantastic. The sidewalk had sunk 2 inches or more and after CRC went out, it is now level and safe to walk on again. This is a great alternative to breaking and re pouring concrete. Will absolutely use them again.

These guys are great! They were able to raise and level a floating slab that I was told couldn't be fixed with normal foundation piers. They were professional, the quality of the work was exceptional, and it was a very cost effective solution. Would recommend them to anyone.

This summer was brutal, and some of my driveway slabs sunk really badly. I even got a violation notice from my HOA because it looked so bad. So, I got CRC to raise the concrete slabs rather than redo the driveway. I called Michael to give me an estimate. I liked the price, so he put me on the schedule. They showed up at my house and did their thing. It was very fast, maybe under two hours. The driveway is now leveled. I can feel it in the car when I drive up the ramp. Overall, I am very happy with the end result. The process was quick, and I did not have to do anything. Good service and quality work.

Edit: I never canceled an appointment on Concrete Raising. You offered the Saturday I wasn't available after your machine broke. Steven then doubled booked our home with another client and said he couldn't make it out on the day you're saying "I canceled". It never worked out because of your team. The client isn't always right, but you're completely wrong.

Michael Sandoval, and CRC were great! We had our driveway and sidewalks leveled 2 months ago and so far the work is very good and level. Their price point was a bit cheaper than others I looked into and their customer service is also very good. Michael is responsive and communicates well. They are always busy so you might have a hard time getting them on the phone however they always follow through and respond. That was ok with me. I highly recommend these guys to level your concrete. They bring huge professional equipment and a big crew of guys that know what they are doing. You can't go wrong using CRC!

Steven was my rep for Concrete Raising Corp and basically failed at every level. When I requested him to come out to my home the first time he said a car blocked his car in his own drive way so he couldn't come out. I took a half day off, so that's fine. He came out another day and got me a proposal which was pretty quick and I agreed to terms. Steven said it was a three week turn around which was fine, but when it came to perform the service they ran into problems at the home before mine. We rescheduled my home and then said the truck broke down. We rescheduled again for the Monday after, but then he doubled booked a guy with my same exact name, so they couldn't do the service until the next day. I agreed and took the day off and when 9am came around he started ignoring my calls and said the truck with to Corpus Christi. He gave me an alternative to do mud jacking and at this point I was willing to take anything. He said he would call his boss to get me in and now he got bit by a dog. I wish this story was fake, but it's true. My garage renovations have been delayed for over a month because of his antics and unprofessionalism.
