He was very friendly and assisted me with getting internet services set up as well as gas and water set up prior to me moving into my house. They’re extremely trustworthy and i love them so much!

I recently moved to Texas from Iowa & needed assistance with connecting me with electric & internet & affordable tv viewing. Chuck did it all in a short time. He even set up my tv for me. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge & time he put into all of it! Thank you Chuck for your help!

I was unfortunately referred to Connect My New Home by a friend and I was egregiously mislead on what the kilowat price was going to be. The agent told me 12 cents even, but what he didn’t care to mention was that I had to use LESS THAN 800 kilowatts to get that price! And guess what the rate went up to if I use more? 21 CENTS PER KILOWATT HOUR! I am a retired widow on a fixed income and now I’m going to have to keep my ac on 82 all summer long so I don’t go over 800 and get charged almost double. And THE WORST PART ABOUT ALL OF THIS IS THAT CHUCK SIGNED ME UP FOR A 2 YEAR CONTRACT AND I HAVE TO PAY $150 TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT. I’ve been crying all night because of how deceived I was when I thought I would be saving money.
